THE SPACE: Delawarr cottage is detached and situated in the grounds of De La Warr House, the owners Grade II listed home which dates back to 1700's. The cottage has open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen. The living area has patio doors leading out to the garden patio area. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including an induction hob and washing machine. Also situated on the ground floor is the cosy double bedroom. Upstairs you will find twin bedded room and bathroom. Bathroom is wet room style with wc, basin and open shower. The garden has a patio and lawn for you to relax and enjoy on warmer days. There’s is parking for 2 cars. SAFETY INFORMATION: Please be aware, there is a deep pool within the grounds of the main house. There is post and rail fencing around the cottage. It is a private pool for the owners of the main house personal use only, and not for use by guests.
