DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon arvostelua

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton! Upon arrival, the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were even greeted with a delicious chocolate cookie, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

酒店前台服務不錯，入住送了熱的小點心，住了兩天，房間打掃很敷衍，紙巾不加，垃圾不扔。房間大小可以，設施有點陳舊，還有個燈不亮

價位非常實在，檔次比HOLIDAY INN高，房間比歡朋大一點，但酒店整體外圍感覺有一點點亂，酒店門面和大堂比較陳舊，性價比很高。

廁所沖水在馬桶蓋後面很不方便，飯店位置從Swindon搭51公車，用Google map，在一個沒有人行道的地方下車，飯店應該要註記一下在哪站下車，直接跟車共行😨 其餘都還不錯，早餐buffet的選擇滿多～

房間夠大，部分設備較舊!

Certainly, here's an improved version of your statement: We arrived and found that our room was not prepared for a family of four. When I inquired about the issue, the staff claimed we had only booked for two people, which was incorrect. I showed them my booking confirmation, and they began preparing the room by bringing in a single bed. I asked how two children could sleep in a single bed, and the staff member, clearly confused, returned with another single bed. Unfortunately, the pillows were very dirty, and there were a few spiders in the room, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a night to remember for all the wrong reasons. The only positive thing about the hotel was the warm chocolate cookies 😊

Great stay. I requested an early check in because I was doing a night shift and needed to rest before starting work again in the evening. Staff were helpful. Good buffet breakfast spread. Highly recommend this hotel!

Always clean comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent all round and very clean

It was very nice and enjoyable place to stay.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Seeing a venue about prestige collectors car was also bonus.

Overall is good. Decent.
