"Great hostel that operates with hotel-style services. Just across the road, there's a Coop supermarket and plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious, and it even had a large balcony with a table and chairs. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned every day. The shower area came with shampoo and other amenities, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was all-you-can-eat and had everything you'd expect. Highly recommended!"

"1. The room was filthy, the floor was so sticky I could slippers. There was only one electric fan, and it didn't work. The bathroom flooded with water every time I showered, and the shower room was poorly designed. The bedroom door lock was broken. 2. Reviews said there were supermarkets nearby, but there weren't. The closest one was at Lucerne Train Station, a 40-minute walk there and back. 3. There was no sign outside the hotel, like in a residential building in China. You had to call to contact the staff. 4. The elevator was tiny, only enough for four people. 5. Although I read the reviews before booking and thought a 1-star rating was unacceptable, after checking in, I felt the 1-star rating was spot on. 6. I left early. I will never stay here again. Although there were no other hotels available when I booked, I'd definitely consider rescheduling if the situation persists."
