Ymmärrän tavoitteet, että on rationalisoitu sisäänkirjautumisprosessi, mutta emme saaneet sähköpostia ohjeilla, eikä meillä ollut vastausta sähköpostia kysely. Minua soitettiin hotellin hallintoa vastaan, - jossa nainen oli hyvin avuksi, mutta vei jonkin aikamme Lucernessa. "The Hotel Lucerne is convenient to central Lucerne and walking the old city. It is a small, boutique hotel - the front desk told us it is the second smallest Autograph Collection hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. As a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite, we had two rooms and were placed next door to each other on the top floor with a private end of the hall, making for a quiet stay. The rooms were large for a European urban hotel, especially the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and had a very distinctive modern design. The staff was friendly and accommodating of family travel with kids. For the size of hotel, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The only drawback was parking - the hotel has only two dedicated spots, which were already taken, so we were left to find parking on Lucerne city streets. Luckily we found a spot just a few blocks away."

"1 of the most grand & luxurious hotels I've stayed in Switzerland. Very international standard. The room is very comfortable & very high end. They gave complimentary chocolates, toothbrushes (the only hotel that provided these in the whole of my Switzerland trip) & Dyson hairdryer. The service from the staffs here is top notch! The spa is the best quality! My wife & I really enjoyed our time using the sauna, steam room & relaxation area. We went back twice. Also celebrated my wife's birthday at Minamo Restaurant. Best Japanese Omakase dinner we ever had. My wife & I discussed on how are we ever gonna look at Japanese food the same ever again."

"Big shoutout to Kilian! We checked in late at night, and luckily, we met Kilian, who was so warm, gentlemanly, and kind. He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him. The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, not much to choose from, and the taste was pretty average."

"There was no electric kettle in the room, and after I replied to their questionnaire in the email, they immediately delivered one to my room the next day. I did not know how to operate the coffee machine. The service man also came to show us how. The safe battery was low, and the safe gave out a beeping sound and blinking light. "frightening experience living here. A random guy rushed into the room to "ask" for WIFI password. They pretended to be the hostel guests. Not sure if they were about to burgle. I reported this weird incident to the staff, but they didnt give a fxxk to it. Eventually, i booked another hotel at my own cost as he was unwillingly to change a room for me."

"The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even showed me how to open the lobby door if I returned after 10 PM. The room facilities were complete and quite spacious, though the sloped ceiling was a bit low in places, making it easy to bump your head. Breakfast was also very good, with food usually prepared ahead of time. However, the restaurant staff were a bit cold, not as polite and friendly as the front desk and housekeeping staff."
