Hotel Alpha arvostelua

The hotel is quite near to the train station (~10-15mins walk) which is what we look for. The price is good. We got the room with attached toilet. Beddings are comfortable. They even provided a simple breakfast though it was not included in the booking, very nice. The lady at the receptionist was nice and patient too. As the hotel did not provide kettle, the lady kindly lent us one.

Clean and comfortable stay. About 10 min by bus and short walk to the hotel from Lucerne station and it’s on a quiet street. Only thing to note is the sound of people staying above can be heard especially if they arrive late or leave very early. Otherwise it’s a good accommodation in Lucerne!

酒店離市區主要景點近，提前辦理入住手續，行李放在前台，晚上回來行李已經放在房間，電梯較小較慢，盧塞恩酒店整體性價比低。

I love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.

房間很乾凈，床鋪也不錯 衞生間在外面也很乾凈，就是稍顯不便 但是早餐超預期了，這個價格還是值得 離湖邊也近

酒店位置很好，步行因特拉肯西300米，前台服務很熱情，房間很乾凈，有免費下午茶和免費室內公交卡，早餐也不錯，總之性價比挺高的。

Service was good with nice and responsive staff. Location was good. Bare bones hotel.

離車站不算近，深夜抵達步行還是有點可怕的。公交車的話需要等一會。 住的無衞生間的單人間，所以睡前和起床後要穿睡衣去外面上廁所。 房間有燒水壺，有洗手池。

乾淨整潔，房間看出去是一個小院子，很安靜。離中央車站也不遠，步行10多分鐘可達

周圍較安靜，早餐種類豐富

We spent three nights here. Our dormitory-like room was basic with white walls. No frills, but we did have a private bathroom with a shower. The hotel is situated in a neighborhood so has a good homey feel to it. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station with bus transport within the block. The front desk staff were friendly, there were copies of The New York Times to read each morning, the breakfast area was inviting and the spread, while not extensive, was plentiful and you had choices. It is a good budget friendly choice to make in Switzerland.

Nice clean hotel. within walking distance from the train station. We had a room that had a bathroom with toilet and shower. This is a no frills hotel. The room was decent size for Europe and they gave us a fan since it was a little warm when we arrived. The breakfast was filling and the front desk personnel were friendly. Easy walking to old town and tram stops. They give you a travel pass that allows free travel in local buses and trams. We stayed for 2 nights and felt good about it.

Séjour de 2 nuits pour faire le circuit doré du Pilatus et visite de Lucerne.. Emplacement proche de la gare et du port , de la vieille ville et d'un arrêt de bus. Confort très correct des chambres Personnel agréable et serviable On recommande

Einfaches, sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe des Pilatusplatzes. Von Bahnhof Luzern zu Fuß ca. 12-15min. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (es gibt hier auch Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Toilette auf dem Gang). Das Zimmer hatte Recht bequeme Betten, Kissen, die etwas klumpig waren. Bad mit Du/WC, Fön. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, kein Radio, keinen Wecker, Telefon, Safe oder Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Fenster können weit geöffnet werden. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber für Schweizer Verhältnisse eher schmal. Insgesamt ok für 1-2 Nächte, insbesondere,da die Preise günstiger sind, als in anderen Hotels.
