很棒的酒店，看得出很有歷史的酒店，服務很專業，這裏的餐廳很火呢

房間蠻好的

酒店位置非常好，我們一早兩小時步行遊覽盧塞恩，陽台推窗就是教堂的尖頂。小小的，像是家庭旅店，鑰匙是留在前台桌子上的信封裏，沒有工作人員提供其它諮詢服務。房間沒有空調，半夜熱醒才發現有個台式風扇。總體來説性價比不高，沒睡好

門樓較小不好找，但進去房間後很驚艷，古典精緻且乾淨！

Trip was great. Hotel located in a good area. Would however suggest for the hotel to be better equipped to counter the summer’s heat (e.g. stronger fans, lightbulbs that emits less heat).

Expensive price for the room, bed, no TV, no AC

Freundliches Personal, unkompliziertes Checkin, super Lage für Fasnacht, feines Essen und ein Team das gemeinsam noch weiss was es bedeutet in der Gastronomie zu schaffen! Weiter so!!! Werden sicherlich nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!! Merci

Decent hotel in a good location Hotel was good, not great. Rooms are very small and there are steps needed even with the elevator. There is no storage area for clothes, so living out of a suitcase was necessary but not wanted. That meant using precious floor space for open suitcases. Good location near the old city. Didn't try breakfast.

nice bedding and clean room zehr gut. Some says fat guy can not be fit in elevator or shower. Maybe yes. it is old small hotel. But the room has nice cute view and antique furniture. I loved soft matress and neat bedding. It was perfect for me to spend the last night in Swiss. Would like to come back in years.

Clean, comfortable, quiet stay Clean, comfortable, quiet, and big towels! Good location close to the water and many restaurants. Staff could not have been more welcoming! Everybody was wonderful.
