Cascada Boutique Hotel arvostelua

酒店離火車站走路10分鐘左右，到湖邊走路也差不多10分鐘，酒店房間不大，裝修接近國內經濟性酒店的風格，樓下的西班牙餐廳不錯

This Hotel seriously surprised us for a Boutique Hotel. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very high quality service and great explanation of the hotel and the city. We were also given city WiFi and public transportation pass courtesy of the Hotel which came in really handy during our stay! The breakfast buffet was very good also. I will defiantly come to this hotel again!

很現代化的房間，空間也大，床也舒服，離車站不算遠，前台會給免費公交票，不好就是衹有一次性紙杯使用，燒點熱水太不方便。 前台有小水果，去景點都挺近，比較滿意。

很不錯，前台很熱情，早餐也好

位置很好，走路逛完老城區。而且自駕的話，可以提前預訂停車位，很方便。餐廳環境也不錯，整體印象挺的好～～

Good location. Short walk from main station. Nice Spanish restaurant that’s always full. Requires booking in advance!

來入住時總共四個行李，大廳並沒有斜坡，只有樓梯，導致還要搬運四個行李上去大廳，很麻煩。很不友善。房間太小了，跟價格不符合，一個晚上要一萬台幣。不會再來入住。二個月前預訂時行程有更改，向飯店申請取消，不給免費取消就算了要求收取取消全額收費。最後還是硬著頭皮來入住，體驗感也沒有很好。

호텔서비스는 너무 좋았어요 신혼여행이라고 메모해놨더니 러블리하게 초콜릿으로 준비해주셨더라구요~ 큐알로 모든 문이 다 열리고, 여행객들을 위해 간단한 간식거리인 사과와 캬라멜을 준비해준 서비스 또한 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 루체른역에서 도보 10분 내라 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 멀리안가도 되서 좋았어요 조식도 맛있구요! 다음번에 루체른 오게되면 또 묵으려구요!

酒店都幾新，有自助早餐食，食物種類不多但都高質。 位置係遠左少少

火車站出來十分鐘步程到達，前台很熱情，下午一點就讓我們check in了。很有歷史感的酒店，所有的工作人員都很友好，見面總是發自內心地笑臉相迎，“Have a nice day”常在耳邊響起。大堂裏的歡迎飲料🍹+糖果🍬，每層電梯門口的雨傘🌂，房間裏mini bar的免費飲料每天都會及時補滿，所有這些細節都體現了這家百年老店的用心和真誠。一樓的西班牙餐廳，無論早餐還是晚餐都很推薦，總之這次瑞士遊住的最滿意的酒店。

The location of the hotel is a little far from the station. Very friendly staff, gave my daughter a welcome gift when checking in, she liked it very much. When we checked out, they helped me bring the luggage when they saw me with my daughter alone. The room is warm and comfortable, the room size is also suitable, the water and drinks in the mini bar are free, and the hotel also gave free bus coupons to tour the city. Our whole family likes this hotel very much.
