萬萬沒想到這個青旅的質量這麼高！位置絕了沒得説，每天甚至有工作人員幫你整理床鋪，床睡的也很舒服，要説不好的唯一也就是早餐一般般

Convenient location and amenities. The room is small and not a lot of space for large bags but that’s to be expected. Overall cool experience!

房間還是很好的，空間比較大在歐洲！ 就是沒有電視，另外東西有點陳舊了！ 在國外算不錯的酒店了！ 房間的洗漱空間有點小了！

受付の方がとても親切で、おすすめの観光スポットなどを教えてくれました！ 部屋も広々としており清潔感があります。 ロッカーには鍵が無いので持っていくことをおすすめします。 シャワーは温水がすぐ出たのがよかったですが、角度の調整には苦戦しました。

酒店環境優雅，服務周到，房間乾淨舒適。地理位置便利，靠近主要景點。早餐選擇豐富，美味可口。整體體驗非常滿意，值得推薦！

Location of hotel was convenient. Room was quite small and old, but decent for the price.

レセプションの女性の方が、とても親切で、おすすめのお店やスポットをマップを使って紹介してくださいました。 ドライヤーは免許証を預けるまたはデポジットを払って借りることが出来ます。返却時に返ってくるシステムでした。中心部からも近くてよかったです。

It was a great experience to stay here. Location not far away from Luzern train station. Just have to walk across the bridge while enjoying the Chapel Bridge. Then a bit walk along the street and shops to go to this hotel. Excellence service from the front staff. I meet 3 different staffs along the stay and all of them are very nice and helpful. They even gave the map for interesting places around Luzern. 1 lady help us to call our next hotel using her private phone. Appreciate that much. Kettle and microwave can use from Japanese restaurant under the hotel because they work together. Nice experience staying in prison room. They also have free luggage storage room. Would really recommend to stay here..
