Hotel Goldener Stern - Contactless Check-IN arvostelua

A fun hotel that worth staying in. Convenient location and clean rooms. However, there is room for improvement for housekeeping service ( there is a banana peel in the toilet bin when we checked in, and the toilet papers were almost used up)

Excellent accommodation, smooth check in and out process, good location. Excellent service from host that helped courier an item I left behind to me. Amazing stay here, highly recommended!

Location is perfect and check-in very easy. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will stay here again for our next visit to Lucerne.

這是我旅行多年住過的最小房間！除了床、小吧枱、廁所，剩下的空間衹夠站幾個人。床的左邊是牆，右邊是窗，沒地方放牀頭櫃的。乾淨還是乾淨的。老城區寸土寸金吧。走到火車站10分鐘，作為中轉住一晚的地方，過得去吧。

Temiz ve konumu çok güzel. İhtiyacımız olan herşey mevcuttu.

四人入住，房間寬敞明亮，衞生很好，單個衞生間略為不便。提前發郵件告知入住方式，無接觸入住離開都十分絲滑，總體很滿意。
