Nice hotel, very friendly staff in the restaurants Our room was quite small and no view Only negative was all the people outside the hotel asking for tours they harassed us every time we left and hotel do nothing to help Talk Black guy at Pool bar service was 10/10 did nothing catch his name

這間旅館在在服務跟設施都是相當不錯的，而且早餐也相當好吃，但是他的客服部分我們的保險箱壞了又趕行程請他來幫忙，結果過了20分鐘才出現，這是唯一一個比較讓人覺得失望的 不過整體而言這是一個非常好的飯店

尼羅河側景房是新裝修過的，整潔乾淨 早上可以看到日出和熱氣球 早餐很不錯，坐在河邊太美了 坐完熱氣球可以讓船伕直接送回酒店碼頭，給點小費即可

酒店環境挺不錯的，衞生狀況很好，整體上也不算舊。服務不錯，見面都會問好。唯一的問題是我這間房洗臉池下水太慢。離盧克索神廟步行20幾分鐘，距離也還行。

房間不錯，服務很到位，和外面破敗的盧克索城市形成鮮明對比。酒店的早餐可以看到熱氣球，風景不錯。前台以及門口的服務員也比較專業熱情

埃及自由行中住過的體驗最差的酒店。被小紅書的軟廣（當時不知道）引流到此。性價比巨差。華住運營後在中國各媒體投軟廣。卻捨不得把服務和裝修弄弄好。 前台很**，美其名曰升級房型，實則把很差的房間騰出來給我。不如其他埃及人淳樸，可能跟中國公司管理的激勵方式有關。還幾次暗示我給小費 第一天安排住沿街頂樓套間，衹能貨梯上樓。並且窗户隔音不好吵的一晚上吵的都沒睡好。房間很臟，第二天要求換房間後發現其他房間不這樣。 吃早飯能看到很多中國旅行團的身影。客羣一目瞭然。 酒店位置還不錯。坐在尼羅河邊看着朝陽喝着咖啡吃早餐還是很愜意的

春節期間入住，整個酒店入住率很高，晚上回去，中庭很熱鬧，還有表演，氛圍不錯，人來人往，很有安全感。訂的新裝修的房間，樓道和房門其實還是老的裝修，不過新裝修的房間風格看着舒服一點。服務就這樣了，要兩個碗，等了快一小時有的，一開始問帶路小哥，小哥説電話room service, 電話過去，又説電話house keeping，house keeping的人過來，又説這個問room service, 我説你自己和room service説吧，等半天沒來，電話催，好不容易來了，給了兩個超小的碗，又等換大碗，半天沒來，電話催，對方一女的，沒等我話説完直接打斷我説已經在送了。入住的時候，給了一張單子，新註冊H會員有餐飲九折優惠。退房時給前台看，説不行，理由是這個要check in前就要出示註冊的會員號，退房時不行。我們衹能和他説，你這張單子是辦完入住後才給的我們，你辦理入住時完全沒有説。好了，給我們辦了九折優惠。所謂的好吃的泰國餐廳就算了吧，在國內開，活不過一個月，服務倒是還行，比客房好。

街景房晚上可能有點吵，會有當地寺廟唱經聲、馬車和摩託聲。早飯不錯，酒店裡的意大利餐廳菜還行，但別吃那個EL本地菜，味道挺奇特的。
