We stayed at this motel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. After checking in, we realized that clean blankets were missing for two people. When we contacted the motel at around 9 p.m. to request blankets, the response we received was shockingly unprofessional. The staff member sarcastically asked, "Do you think you're at home now? Do you want me to go to Kmart to get blankets for you?"
After about 10 minutes, he reluctantly went to the laundry and brought us two bedsheets and two blankets. While we eventually got what we needed, the rude and dismissive attitude was unacceptable. Basic hospitality and customer service should include ensuring that all guests have proper bedding without making them feel like an inconvenience.
Would not recommend this place unless they improve their service and professionalism.
