The Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel

環境挺好的 酒店在一個大湖邊 如果是晴天就更好了，因為是出差 沒多轉

酒店就在Loch Lomond邊，Luss就在旁邊，純度假的地方，靜謐，風景如畫。酒店的房間應該都是對着湖，但設施明顯有點舊。不過，整體可以。酒店前台讓我們下車的地方叫不到出租，業務呵呵。大概都是自駕來的吧。

I’ve been coming to loch lomand for over 15 years. The Lodge and spa is the best I’ve stayed at. You are welcomed with a warm smile. Throughout our stay the staff have been simply amazing. Our room was amazing like a mini suite cleaned every day and our view looked over the Loch and the views are simply stunning, whatever the weather. We had spa treatments and again the staff were friendly and knowledgeable the saunas and steam room were well looked after along with the facilities. My only gripe was the spa could’ve had a small swimming pool to enhance the experience. Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. So if you’re looking for a quite few days away in a stunning location and switch off from your day to day routine you need to stay here. We have already booked up for next April and can’t wait

Arrived at the hotel in the glorious sunshine with friends, so we thought we would grab a bite to eat and a few drinks and enjoy what is the gem of this hotel, the view. To our disappointment there was no outdoor seating area, but only two uneven dirty benches on the small sand section at the front of the hotel. We could only get either a burger or fish and chips, we opted for two fish and chips and a bottle of wine. We could not believe when these were handed down to us in polystyrene containers, wooden cutlery and two plastic pint cups for our wine, to add we paid £80 for the pleasure, not good. We couldn't even use the bench as it was so sloped that the the bottle of wine etc was sliding off it, needless to say we opted not to have dinner here so phoned a taxi and headed to Duck Bay Marina and spent the day/night there instead. We then got to the room which was roasting hot, no aircon, which I understand for Scotland, however half of the windows had faults and wouldn't open, the "double" bed was tiny and the pillows had a horrid smell off them as did the room in general. To finish off a very disappointing stay we had a cooked breakfast at the hotel, which was cold, small and underwhelming. All in all a very disappointing stay at this hotel, staff to be fair were very nice but that aside we would not return nor recommend a stay here, for the price there is far better options.

Perfection. The hotel is beautifully situated and the views are stunning. We has an overnight stay and enjoyed every minute. The food was delicious with a wide range to choose from. The room was spotless and had everything required for an overnight stay. The spa area was very clean. Lastly the staff were lovely, very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel 100% and I honestly cannot think of a negative comment to say. Thank you to all involved

Stayed here for 2 nights DBB, we stayed in the beautiful deluxe Corbett rooms , rooms beautifully decorated, clean with spectacular views. Food in Colquhoun restaurant was 10/10 selection great and food was delicious, staff in restaurant were amazing in fact the staff in the whole hotel were great all friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. So any reviews that say otherwise must of been very unlucky. The thermal suite was lovely and clean just remember better to take flip flops as can be very slippy without. We stayed for our silver wedding anniversary and we cannot wait to return.

We stayed last night and just wanted to let you know how wonderful our stay was, we were in room 52 and the views were stunning, the breakfast was great and we'd return in a heartbeat. I booked this hotel to show my husband a beautiful place in Scotland for his first visit there and it certainly won't be the last! I'm going to book again for my in laws to let them see just how magical this place is! It was excellent, the spa was just awesome! Thanks for all the effort you put into making it so wonderful.

Very disappointed at the level of service here. We arrived after a 7 hour journey to find that there was no hot food available whatsovever but were offered sandwiches, which they got the order wrong. Surely a 4 Star hotel should have hot food available 24 hours ? Breakfast was lovely but maybe you have to pay extra for a smile from the waiting staff. Almost all are sullen, sad and not very warm or friendly . The bar service is slow and also the bar itself full of spillages and dirty glasses - more of a Weatherspoon feel about it but sadly not Weatherspoon prices. Early Sunday morning extremely noisy with the linen lorry moving steel trollies across the car park at 0800, which kind of spoils the tranquil setting - more like a Travelodge. The room was exceptional, spacious and comfortable with a terrific view and very clean. The quality food is very good but is really spoiled by the poor customer service. On the final morning my breakfasts order took 3 attempts to get it right - also there is only one coffee machine - so at busy times you have to queue just like at Premier Inns. Its a shame as the setting is world class shame about the other points.

We came for lunch on a Saturday in September. What a venue!! Its for sure a world class vista, overlooking Loch Lomond. Quite incredible... All the staff were so welcoming, we had particularly good service from Mairi in the restaurant and Cameron on the bar. There must be some real talent in the kitchen too because the food was sublime. I had the juiciest burger I have ever sunk my teeth into, my friend had the rigatoni pasta, she said it took her right back to eating pasta outside the Coliseum in Rome, just as memorable and fit for a gladiator. We both had The Lodge's famous sticky toffee pudding for dessert, let me tell you it doesn't get any better than that. We were travelling north that day so we didn't stay but we will be back, and I am really looking forward to it!
