El Carmelo Mountain Lodge

El lugar es hermoso, la atencion, muy cordial.Pero el servicio que brindan no se condice con el precio.No hay agua potable y nos cobraron los bidones que tomamos, el restaurant no existe, la cena te la llevan a la habitacion y tenes que elegir el menú antes de las 18 hs.El desayuno me pareció muy pobre, incluye 2 m lunas 1 tostada 1 mini ens de fruta y huevo.No hay yogurt, ni fiambres ni queso untable etc.Te lo tenes que preparar vos en la habitacion, no hay cafetera de capsula ni express . La limpieza deja que desear , el jacuzzi de la habitacion no se podía usar y el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto tiene un costo adicional de 100 dolares.Me parece que todo deja mucho que desear y no alcanza con una buena vista, el cliente que está dispuesto a pagar esa cifra espera encontrar un buen servicio.

I would absolutely recommend staying here! The service was so incredibly attentive, the food was so delicious (and surprisingly affordable), and the scenery was breathtaking. To top it off, we enjoyed hanging out with their friendly outdoor cat, sweet, sweet Antonio. 10/10!!

El Carmelo Mountain Lodge is an oasis of pure cultured elegance: the gardens, the pool and cabanas, the exceptional food and wines. We came to the region to day hike Aconcagua and Parque Provincial Cordon Del Plata. We loved the hikes but found ourselves looking forward to a return to the lodge, where we whiled away many hours on the patio watching the day end over the mountains. We slept with no AC, just a window open. The beds and amenities are top notch.

Beautiful lodge in a superb location with just a few fabulous rooms, pool and dining. Also a lovely garden. The attention to detail in each room is excellent: decor is tasteful and modern, well equipped kitchenette, plenty of soft seating, a balcony looking uninterrupted to the Andes with chaise lounge chairs with warm ponchos provided - we got up to see the sunrise hitting the Andes. An excellent dinner in the old house and breakfast on our terrace in the morning. We were lucky to have a chance to chat with Ricardo, our host. Charming, well travelled and great company.

Aside from how beautiful and romantic the hotel property is, we had such great experience communicating with the hotel and the staff. They are really helpful, accommodating and understanding! Our schedules got moved a couple of times and they were so helpful and flexible to move our reservation. What I loved the moser was that I could directly chat with an actual person instead of a bot or jumping through hoops to be able to talk to someone in stressful time! Thank you so much for all your help!
