離火車站、公交車站都很近，盧加諾風景優美怡人，天天早上晚上可以在盧加諾湖邊散步，體驗非常棒。我想下次再來，仍會選這家酒店。

比較陳舊了，房間還可以。但是我定的一成人一小孩的房間，她必須讓我➕床。100瑞士法郎，很無語，小孩7歲，和我睡2米的床睡不下？

盧加諾輝煌皇家酒店服務非常一般，大家訂房間時要注意必須選擇清楚單間或雙人間，雙人間要寫上倆人姓名。否則酒店會加100法郎

A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

The reception not pick up phones There was no coffee machine in the rooms We asked multiple times to bring only in one room and they ask us to share it between rooms
