To uphold the hotel's service principles, my family and I polished off our yogurt right there in the restaurant. At precisely 10:02 AM, the restaurant staff finally served lunch. I really have to commend this hotel's exceptional time management and execution. In a family-friendly hotel like this, you truly experience a sense of punctuality that business hotels often lack. Oh, and as we were leaving, I overheard a guest asking a restaurant staff member for straws. The staff member replied, 'We're out, they've all been taken.' A child awkwardly said, 'I guess I'll just have to bite it.' It's worth mentioning that last night (Saturday), room rates were basically above 900 yuan. Just five minutes before that, I saw a staff member bring out a full container of straws for guests to choose from, only to then take the full container back to the kitchen. I must say, that action was really something – probably another principle in their hotel's time management guidelines. Now, for praise for the room service. The aunties there were so friendly! When I asked for a bag, she enthusiastically asked if I preferred paper or plastic. It truly felt like a home away from home."

"The service was so bad. We were very happy to go to the Torch Festival, but we were so disappointed. When we checked out, we started saying that the toilet belt was missing. We confirmed it repeatedly and the front desk said it was a mistake. Later, they said the charging cable was missing and needed to be charged. 50, we didn’t take it at all. Check-in and check-out are efficient, the front desk is professional and polite; the room is quiet and soundproof, the desk is spacious and suitable for office, the WiFi speed is stable; the sanitation is in place, and the toiletries are complete. The hotel is conveniently located, parking is free, laundry dryer is fully equipped, business accommodation is preferred, and the price is very high."

"I came here based on the pictures, but the navigation kept leading me astray, and it was quite late when I arrived. Someone guided me upstairs, but as soon as I opened the door, a stench hit me. The bathroom was incredibly smelly, and since my child loves the crib, I came back from getting something to eat to find two large cockroaches crawling inside. There were also bugs on the bed. The room's layout was very practical, not cramped at all, and there was a relaxation area by the window where you could sit and unwind after a long journey. The facilities were very complete, with a TV, air conditioning, kettle, and other essential amenities all in good working order. The hotel service was also excellent. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response to any needs during my stay, everything made me feel very comfortable. They even inquired about my stay upon check-out, which was very thoughtful."
