Wake up and have coffee on the deck right on the Black River, step out the front door and take the Free Shuttle up to Okemo for a day of skiing or riding. Stroll Downtown Ludlow for dining, shopping or cocktails and come home to a cozy fire or cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Biking, hiking, strolling right out the front door. A short drive to the lakes for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing. Okemo Adventure Zone including mini golf, zip-line tours and so much more is a few minute drive away. A great spot right near Okemo!
We really enjoyed this property! it is very close to the base of Okemo but also in town, and had 2 bedrooms with the second bedroom having bunkbeds for our kids which is really important to us. The living room and kitchen were spacious and although the back deck was under repairs so we couldn't go out, there was a really nice view of the river behind us!
The host was great extremely responsive and very quick to any questions we had, helping us even with recommending where to find things in town, warned us ahead of time the supermarket is closed right now, etc.
I would stay there again for sure!

Long Ski Weekend
Everything about Jeff’s place was just as listed. The downtown location was perfect. We were able to walk around town, park easily, and drive or take the moover to the mountain in 5min. The condo door is very close to the outdoor staircase so loading the car at the end of the weekend was easy. Jeff was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Great proximity to Ludlow and Okemo
The Mill is right in town. Convenient to the Okemo Moover shuttle and the restaurants, coffee shops and such in Ludlow. Everything in the condo worked great. Condo was as advertised. Beds were a little uncomfortable. The Mill seems a bit worn out. Elevator was out of order so we were carrying our gear up and down the outdoor staircase. The back deck that overlooks the river was blocked off. The owner was responsive prior to check in and we had no issues or reason to reach out during our stay.

Great Thanksgiving Stay
Wonderful Stay! Property was very clean and comfortable and had every thing we needed. Linens were great quality. A very lovely Thanksgiving! Very convenient to everything.
