Cartier Mansion

Great place to bring your loved one to relax! As soon as we booked, we got a phone call to confirm our travels and check for dietary restrictions which I do have so I appreciated that. We got offered a complimentary upgrade for our room and it was so beautiful and cozy! The whole property was beautiful and decorated so nice for the holidays. Water and chocolates and coffee in our room along with robes. A fireplace added just a nice cozy touch! The breakfast was amazing and we will definitely be back to bring my in laws!

Cartier Mansion is the best Bed and Breakfast my husband and I have stayed at. We have returned three times for weekend getaways to reconnect, because everything about it is a lovely experience. Jenna and Chris are outstanding hosts who are passionate about the history of the Cartier family and the mansion, and serving their guests. Jenna offers a welcome drink and snack, and offers a history lesson on the mansion and Cartier family. No pressure to join in, but I have enjoyed learning more each stay. She is also very knowledgeable about the area and offers suggestions for dining and activities. The rooms are very well done and you should see it decorated for Christmas! During a summer stay, one can enjoy sitting in one of the many outdoor spaces. The mansion is located close enough to town to walk and visit all of the quaint shops or the beach. Finally, each morning Chris and Jenna prepare a stellar breakfast. We always leave talking about when we might be able to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay celebrating our 30th. It was great seeing all of the couples from different parts of the world and U.S. I cannot stop thinking about the fancy lemon pancake and lavender orange juice. It was a serene and beautiful bed and breakfast.

Cartier Mansion, old world charm One night in Ludington before taking the ferry back to WI. We definitely picked the right place to stay in Ludington. Great charm and accommodations in the carriage house. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

Quick getaway to Ludington - Cartier Mansion We did a quick midweek escape to Ludington and loved our stay at the Cartier Mansion. The building is a 1905 gem and the owners, Jenna and Chris do a lovely job of keeping the property in top shape. Nice breakfast and some really nice dining options in Ludington. The town has a number of terrific Victorian homes that make for nice walks in town. When you go, try to catch the lighthouse at Ludington State Park, a short drive north of town. We will definitely return. Nice job Jenna and Chris!
