"The hotel is located in the center of Moxi town and has parking. It has a lovely little garden and a beautiful environment! The room facilities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was a smart toilet, a large indoor bathtub, and disposable bath bags for hot spring bathing – it was incredibly relaxing! Our room had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains – absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also a special experience, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Dinner was at the hotel, featuring yak hot pot, which was delicious and reasonably priced! The young man at the front desk was professional and attentive, even providing helpful information about nearby attractions, the local temperature, and how to get to the tourist service center (only a kilometer from the hotel). I woke up the second morning to see snow-capped mountains, which was a wonderful surprise. Soaking in a private hot spring at the foot of the snowy mountains was also a fantastic experience. Whenever I went to the lobby for coffee, the staff would immediately stop what they were doing to make it for me. It felt like someone was always looking out for us. "Our family stayed at this hotel, part of the Sichuan Airlines group, for the Dragon Boat Festival. Both the hardware and software reflect the solid quality you'd expect from a state-owned enterprise. I appreciate how spacious and airy these SOE hotels are; you really can't go wrong with them, and you get a good night's sleep. The hotel also has hot springs, which my son absolutely loved. After soaking in the small tub in our room, he ran out to the large outdoor hot spring, amidst a post-rain rainbow, to play water fights with other kids – he had a blast! The whole resort was filled with children's laughter. The hotel thoughtfully provided bathrobes and Nezha-themed slippers for kids, and in the evening, we even had the option to BBQ ourselves in the courtyard. Since it rained on Dragon Boat Festival and we couldn't go to Hailuogou, we asked the hotel for recommendations and ended up visiting Yajia Gengyakou. It was a pleasant surprise all the way! There were cattle, horses, and sheep along the road, all very friendly. My son was thrilled to feed them. The best part was encountering a troop of monkeys, which was a fantastic educational experience for the kids. The natural scenery was stunning, with waterfalls and even rare plants like the entire-leaved Saussurea medusa, which you don't often see. It was a truly enjoyable and relaxing trip, perfect for families like ours who want an easygoing vacation."

"I felt the price was too expensive for this hotel. Although it's categorized as high-end, it really doesn't meet the typical standards of a luxury hotel. It's an old guesthouse that's been renovated and reopened. The warm spring water is indeed refreshed daily, but it's not a circulating pool; it's a large outdoor one, and soaking in it during cold weather made me catch a cold. Furthermore, the hotel room facilities are very old; electrical outlets and doors were broken. The service attitude, however, was excellent. They called ahead and turned on the underfloor heating, and also helped with luggage. Breakfast was very mediocre. Overall, it's still at a guesthouse level, but the price is on par with a high-end hotel, which is an inflated cost. It might be worth 200-300 [yuan], but 600-700 is just ridiculous."
