My stay at friends regancy hotel is great.Staff is very good and their way of talking is very polite.if i will get a chance to stay there i never miss the opportunity

Just Wow!
I had recently stay at keys by lemon tree hotel, ludhiana
Everything was so perfect.
All staff is very nice and friendly.
Front office was too good and give the best services to the guest.
Always smile on face.
Specially thanks to Ms.Anu and Mr.Keshav both are from front office and both guys behavior is too good.
Food was very tasty.
Room is very neat and clean.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

worst experience rooms were not ready staff was very rude and there was no maintenance of rooms and accessories no parking space as well
