Average place, average room with poor furniture.. Shampoo is not part of toiletries. Carry your own shamooo.. Need to carry or buy shampoo from nearbuy shop. Breakfast /Tea is good. Location is very good, centrally located. Near to shopping area.

Excellent everything and breakfast very tasty and service too much good. Neat and cleaned room every body can stay in hotel. The staff are honest and helpful for guidance. All types of break fast served south dishes north dishes all types of kits items were in the room like dental kit,soap kit ,shaving kits and sleepers and pleasant to stay

v good service on eleventh hour when other hotels in gomatinagar lucknow gave very poor srrvice .. prompt & timely service.. Food very good................. good ambience....inside but poor neighbourhood outside..may be being in heart of the city... very good connectivity to airport

The stay here was really great, manisha and sakshi was at a regular assistance, cant thank enough the staff members and the beautiful ambience they have, must recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel, thanks to each and every staff and the food was also great

Limited parking and badly managed. Bed sheet had multiple holes. Kettle in the room was unwashed and smelly. Morning breakfast was cold and the staff was not cooperative. Over all a very bad experience

Grand Radiant Hotel should improve its services
The hotel and the room looked good at first sight. But there were a few serious issues.
First, the faucet on the wash basin was leaky. After using the wash basin for a couple of minutes, the toilet floor was flooded.
Second, I didn't have access to hot water. I had to call the reception and wait for 15 minutes for hot water. On one occassion, I found out after 15 minutes that the reception had forgotten to turn it on after my call. I had to call again and wait another 15 minutes.
Third, during my 36 hour stay, wifi was out of order for an hour at a time when I seriously needed to send a couple of emails.
