The overall approach of the staff is not professional. However, the food was ok (especially i would like to describe the sambar, one can see the bottom of the katori even if the sambhar is filled into it to the fullest. Reception - we were received by one of the staff at 11. 00 pm (around) who was very busy in uploading something on his system with the help on somebody with whom he was on phone. So he took around 10 min to look towards us. The cleanliness is ok. The carpet of the i floor corridor is fade enough that requires an immediate attention of the management. I would definitely like to try something better next time.

I was given a room on the 4th floor #406) in a dingy corner. The carpets leading to the room (has easily not been cleaned in over a year) and the surroundings looked really dirty! there was gutka spit on the walls and people walking the corridor constantly. The hotel room in itself was decent and got cleaned everyday. However, the room smelt like smoke constantly with the chairs and sheets having cigarette burns. The fridge in the room did not work at all and the ac had problems multiple times and i had to call the reception to get someone to fix it. The most annoying part of the everyday hustle was attempting to unlock the door with the card. Sometimes, it would just refuse to let us in! we would have to go back to the reception to get it re-magnetised everyday or ask for the master card even. There were clearly better rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor which we were denied access to upon requesting a room switch. All in all, would never visit this hotel again. I have had better experiences with makemytrip earlier to say the least.

Great experience and nice staff. Enjoying the ambience. I enjoyed the food alot. Tea was awesome and a loo pratha was great. I extended my stay and thay allowed easily.

Stay was good. Staffs were very polite and quick. Food was awesome. I would love to visit again. Amenities were good. Ac could have been better.

We had booking for two nights and on second night we had train. Two complimentary breakfastswere included in booking our request for early check-in was accepted though they charge for breakfast which was easily adjustable with second day. Food was expensive as per the standard. Room was specious, with smell of pesticides, its quite old house in which hotel is running. They have written complimentary drop at station but doesn't have driver after 7 pm.
