It was great staying in this hotel. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across – so polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall experience felt warm and welcoming, making it a place I’d definitely recommend to others.

Hotel is exceptionally good. The view from the room is also very good.

Everything is great except the staff at reception.they r not welcoming and rude .they dnt understand the value of customer…they need to change their attitude towards customer.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

This property is ok not so good not so bad.

From the first moment we arrived the staff at the front desk was very helpful - Shreya was great. She offered us a complimentary breakfast and helped us charge all of our phones. The breakfast was delicious with FRESH batrura in the AM with chole. Plus waffle stations and fresh Dosa and omelettes. Now - Zaffron thé restaurant- is the bomb! Delicious - must. Very surprised it was very empty - but it was thé best restaurant we ate in India. Skybar was great. Beautiful view. Swati at the restaurant with a beautiful smile was so kind and helped us throughout our 3 nights. Negative - only one. A bit pricey for Lucknow. This hotel cost us thé same as hotels in Delhi- but I guess that is the cost of doing business in Lucknow!

We stayed here to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary at the hotel and cannot thank the staff enough for making the event and our stay so wonderful. Beautiful property, delicious food, no request too difficult and dealt with proactively. They also share a great relationship with their contractors which made organising the event so much easier. Everywhere we went staff were relaxed and had a smile on.. credit to the management. Special thanks to Roli Rastogi, Shivang Goel, Saksham Wagi, Ranjit Madhu and Akash Roy & not forgetting the Skybar team for going out of their way. Thanks again for wonderful memories.

This is a good standard large chain hotel. My response to it is shadowed by the much greater quality of the more boutique hotels I stayed in elsewhere in India. Generally fine but... I could not get the television to work and needed to call the technical chap to come and work on it. He did. The in-room safe did not work and again I needed several people and trips to try to make it work and then replace it. All that was necessary was done but it did eat into my time. Ideally it would all have worked when I arrived but I appreciate that would require staff to check or previous occupants to deal with. I ate breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant. Service was welcoming in person but a bit hit and miss in action. Good small gym.

What wasn’t good - Rooms need to be cleaner. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. We had to get them changed. Pillows were still smelly. What was good - Breakfast was good. They had a large spread. Service overall seemed ok. Quick tip : We were given a room on the 12th floor. We didn’t hear the noise from the restaurant above ourselves (as we stayed there on Sunday), but we saw a guest trying to change rooms as apparently the previous night on that floor was quite unbearable.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and hotel location is very well located for visiting historical locations like Residency, Imambara, etc., as well as shopping in Hazrat Ganj. Saksham was very helpful in catering to our dietary restrictions during breakfasts. And the front desk staff helped us with moving our room when we complained that the original room was too noisy due to the club in the adjacent building. Do go to the skybar on the 16th floor for drinks and a great view. For those want to keep up with exercise while traveling the gym is excellent.

Great stay, and Saksham as our server was super nice and helpful! We loved the breakfast and there was a full spread, would definitely recommend the fresh paneer parathas and also fresh French toast. We would stay again, and really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
