Kitchen manager was very bad . Full of religious. He was Muslim . Terrible experience

Excellent service and staff behaviour gratefully

It was great and refreshing . Only issue is had was that the water is the pool was quite cold. Except that , everything seemed good.

The stay was comfortable but I feel there could have been more elaborate menu given that the hotel was a 5 starer. On one of the occasions I had my guest over for dinner and I found that the staff was not well versed with the menu options. So May be the hotel can educate the staff more

Well maintained and courteous staff and well executed arrangements ensured our family staycation goes very relaxing and satisfying. All the amenities were well maintained and high quality. Recommended as one of the best properties in Uttar Pradesh.

Staff at the reception was very nice to let me check in early by few hours. Which was very helpful since I had traveled for almost 20 hours straight!

Dental Issue during stay at Hyatt Regency Lucknow I had a terrible mishap during morning breakfast service. I took dates from breakfast spread. These were cut open by your staff and were supposed to be without seeds. While eating these dates, I bit into the pulp and unfortunately there was a seed in one of the dates. The dates were supposed to be without any seed but it seems your staff was very careless and did not ensure that the dates do not have any seeds. The seed affected my lateral incisor. My gums swelled up over next couple of days and the pain was unbearable. I was not able to chew food with pain in my lateral incisor. I had no choice but to visit a dental surgeon to have the dental damage assessed and possible course of remedy. He assessed that the lateral incisor had cracked and that it needs to be removed and he has to implant a new tooth. This will not only cause a terrible surgical pain but will cost me nearly Rs. 35000 !

Nice location , nice behavior of staffs , delicious breakfast, clean wash Room, perfect steam iron ,cooling of fridge is good and we get in drinks in late night service of staff was perfect .

Had stayed at the hotel for the night while travelling from Ayodhya to Greater Noida with my elderly parents. The hotel had wheel chair provision which was a first for us. Had provision in the shower area for a person to sit which also was first for us. A big shout out to Abhishek from front desk who made the checkin and checkout process very smooth. Thanks to him who provided complimentary packed breakfast for our next day travel which helped us a lot.
