Queen Margarette Hotel Lucena - Main arvostelua

This is one of the well known hotel in Lucena and is a great place for hosting events. Food is ok and the staff are nice.

Amazing

The room is clean. Beddings are nice and comfy. I did not like the washroom near the pool and there is no shower room. But all in all, the hotel has a friendly ambience and the restaurants are nice too.

Love the stsff. Our room had a funny odmell and they quickly changed us to another room.

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful. However, we do have a concern regarding the room. The air conditioning unit is old and the water pressure for hot water is poor and it is only in the morning that there is hot water. Additionally, the room we stayed in is old, and the floorboards and doors creak. Finally, the swimming pool is cold and not regularly cleaned. The breakfast was good. On the positive side, the location is great. Overall, we had a good stay."

房間淋浴水無限接近常温，房間異味較大，房間門沒有安全鎖，窗子也鎖不住，安全是個問題，床上用品顏色偏暗。早餐很單一，衞生狀況堪憂！ 我的結論是：免費也不去住了！！

The room is big but the furniture is already old and have stain . Breakfast is just normal nothing special.

Total disappointment. Nice hotel as in picture. Supposedly to be a great stay but upon arrival we were told room not available. Refund is one thing.. That's our $ But being stranded on arrival is another annoying issue.

a good place to stay in the city of lucena

EXCELLENT!!!

The location is good. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast is also good. I booked 2 superior rooms for overnight stay on May 6 to 7. We encountered 2 incidents that happened when we were already on our deep sleep because we came from a long travel and was really tired, but was disturbed when a hotel staff knocked on our door at around 12:30 AM asking us if we ordered mineral water which we never did. And the other incident happened on the room of my brother wherein they were already sleeping but disturbed by a call from the reception around 1:00AM telling them if they are expecting a guests/visitors because there are visitors in the lobby but my brother didn't expect any guests . It was our first time to stay on this hotel and we were expecting a good and right service but unfortunately we experienced this kind of incidents. We also encountered problem on 1 superior room wherein TV is blurred and the aircon is not cold . They change the room to 1 single bed and just add a bed on the floor which for us is a downgrade.

The hotel is near to the place of my brothers meeting. It has a huge parking lot, a pool and the room was clean. Staff was accommodating to our request. Kudos to you guys. We'll surely be back again. Thank you

Die Zimmer haben diese alten Klimaanlage die halt sehr laut sind !!! Kein Wasserkocher oder Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer ! Der Pool ist sehr schön groß, nur leider kann das Personal nicht lesen , sie sagten sie mir um 7:00 Uhr abends wäre der Pool geschlossen, aber auf dem Pool Schild steht bis 10:00 Uhr abends. Natürlich bin ich bis 10:00 Uhr abends schwimmen gegangen. Aber unnötige Gespräche sind halt einfach schrecklich! Im Bad befand sich nur zwei Handtücher und kein Fuß Handtuch, wo man drauf laufen kann im nassen Bad ! Um 9:00Uhr obwohl Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr ist, war so gut wie nichts mehr da

its a decent place. bit old fashioned. service are bit laid back especially the baristas, probably they’re lack of trainings(they forgot to give us teaspoons when we ordered) the receptionist are always busy, they dont answer phone call. the dining staffs are not very attentive.
