I really love the charm of this place, my only negative comment is not actually about the place but the people outside at night as they can be loud while they stay in front of the hotel as they enjoy chatting. Hard to sleep at times.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il gestore è gentile e disponibile, la camera superaccogliente e dal sapore antico, in linea con l'edificio che è nel cuore della città ed è ricco di storia, come tutta la bellissima Lucca d'altra parte. Colazione soddisfacente, rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto. Consigliato!

Comfortable bed and nice quiet escape while conveniently located to pretty much everything in the city. The staff were all very kind and friendly.

Guesthouse storica ma rumorosa
Guesthouse molto storica con terrazza panoramica. Tuttavia stanza piccola, fredda e con molto rumore dalla strada, senza nemmeno un armadio o un poggia valigia. Self check in, senza personale, posizione ottima per visitare Lucca.

Si respira l'atmosfera di un tempo.Bellissima la stanza con un bel restauro che rende visibili le mura originali.L'ingresso non rende giustizia ai bellissimi locali di questa guest house.La posizione e' spettacolare, basta uscire per essere in pieno centro nelle via principali.I dettagli sono la cosa che piu' mi e' piaciuta, dai tappi per le orecchie in stanza (non ho trovato particolarmente rumoroso il contesto...si e' in pieno centro quindi e' normale che si sentano un po' di rumori) e gli ombrelli a dispozione degli ospiti ed il caffe' da poter prendere quando si vuole.Carina la colazione. Siamo stati benissimo

Couldn’t have been better. It was such an amazing building in a wonderful central location. The communal lounge was traditionally decorated and so relaxing. The room was large and relaxing with top quality furnishings, super large comfy bed. Bathroom was great with a nice strong shower. Our host was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. We took his advice and went to the Puccini theatre performance and museum. We hope to visit again. Lucca is fabulous and not to be missed.

Memorable stay in historic center of Lucca
Amazing location in the heart of Lucca. The room was beautiful and very characterful making it an unforgetable experience. Because of the central location and the old windows it can get noisy but this didn't bother us.
The host was very helpful and gave us some very helpful recommendations.
