Um gesamten Hotel freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, also schon beim Betreten ein positiver Eindruck. Trotz Zimmer zur Straße drangen keine Geräusche herein. Gute Betten, allerdings stehen diese auseinander. Schöne große Dusche, alles gepflegt und sauber.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar waren auch spätabends noch gut drauf. Das Frphstück war gut, Kaffee kann aus zwei Automaten gewählt werden. Leckere, kleine Brötchen und ausreichend Belag stehen zur Verfügung. Lediglich beim Rührei gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
Das Hotel hat uns angenehm überrascht, zumal die Innenstadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Ein vollkommen neues Hotel von Menschen entwickelt, die alles eingebaut haben, was sie selbst in anderen Hotels vermisst haben. Sehr durchdacht, leise, gutes Licht, genug Steckdosen, Wasserkocher plus Kaffee und Tee. Sehr sauber, schöne und große Handtücher! Ebenfalls sehr freundlicher Empfang! Excellence! Free WLAN ohne Passwort finde ich allerdings kritisch

We stayed at the Premier Inn Luebeck City for two nights during our trip to Germany. The hotel is located a 5 minutes walking distance from Holsten Tor – the entry point to Luebeck’s old town. For our two night stay we booked a slightly larger room “Premier Plus” which was located on the third floor featuring also a capsule coffee maker, complimentary water, ironing board & iron and a mini fridge. The hotel is certainly new and the room as well as communal areas felt still very fresh with no sign of any wear and tear on the interior. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Check-in and check-out was very quick and hotel staff has been very friendly. The hotel also features a parking garage with a limit amount of parking spaces. The parking costs are EUR 15/night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend this property.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Allerdings war das Bad nicht besonders sauber. Lange Haare und Flecken auf dem Boden. Da wir sehr früh anreisen mussten, haben wir das Frühstück nicht getestet.

We went for Lübeck for a weekend stay and stayed at Premier Inn in Luebeck. The hotel is really great: nice and clean rooms, nice breakfast and really friendly and serviceminded hotel crew. The hotel is located very close the the historical gate to the city. I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
