Excellent place and very good service

It’s a new place that is very centrally located to TTU. I can’t remember her name, but the lady who checked me in & out was super nice & helpful! Would highly recommend!

The hotel is consistent with all other Home2 and is in the University area. This said the rooms are nice and clean the lean staff is Amazing and they work hard. The breakfast lady goes above and beyond for you. Home 2 controls what they can control including having signage if you are there for a govt rate to have your orders to get that rate. Just be proactive and do it. What the hotel can’t control is it’s on the wrong side of the loop. That said I would park in front of the hotel and stay from the back to park which is dark. Take care of your stop the front lit side is nice and safe but the back is almost like an alley and I’ve heard of cars getting messed with but you’ll be ok parking in the front. Overall love this hotel and we will be back. Thank you for treating me and my family well

We booked this hotel because it is stated on the website that it is a new hotel. Because there were no reviews, we had the impression that it was correct. That does not appear to be the case. Why there are no reviews is a mystery to me, let me be the first. (or are all reviews blocked?) Anyway, I'll share my experience. Given the fact that there was a contest we had to pay 450 dollars for the room, so you can expect quality. Nothing could be further from the truth. The hotel is absolutely not safe, not even security present. The first night our car was broken into and the second night 3 cars were broken into. In both cases, the cars were parked in the parking lot at the rear of the hotel. When my wife went to smoke at the BBQ pit in the evening, she was very aggressively harassed by people asking her for money. When we informed the front desk about this, we got the answer that it was simply not the best neighborhood. In any case, the front desk staff is more interested in smoking a cigarette in front of the hotel than behind the desk. The room itself was ok, but no more than that. We skipped breakfast because it was way too busy and the space has too little capacity for busy days. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, there are much better options in the immediate vicinity.
