Hotel is nothing like the pictures. The toilet was broke. There was a sign to place toilet paper in a basket. Very dark, dim lights. We were on the first floor right next to their desk and very noisy. We stayed one night and checked out. Found another hotel for the remaining two nights.

Can't believe the previous reviews? Yes the people are lovely but the place is sub standard. We were in room1 next to reception. The room was dark with no natural light. There was a dirty mattress pushed under our bed. There was nowhere to put out belongings so we had to live out of our suitcases. We didn't even have one chair. The safety deposit box isn't attached to anything. We were supposed to have a terrace but it was just the front of reception. It was not private and very noisy with the receptionists child crying and screaming.

Excellent cheap hotel, with very polite helpful staff especially Anna. Nice breakfast ,clean room and 10 minutes walk to night markets

Very basic hotel , but clean and very central. with good sized rooms , some had balconies. Simple breakfast provided . Good Wi-Fi , helpful and very polite staff., who could arrange trips and airport pickup. Air con could be better. Small supermarket next door , and close to all sights. Excellent value for the money.

I recently stayed at the Soutikone 2 quest house hotel in Luang Prabang, Laos, and I have to say it was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and dedicated, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel is located in a great location, close to the main street and all the cafes and temples in town. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was very good. It was a great way to start my day, and I appreciated the variety of options that were available. Overall, I would highly recommend the Soutikone 2 quest house hotel to anyone visiting Luang Prabang. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I will definitely be returning again in the future.
