We have since reprogrammed it to match the performance of our other bikes, all of which provide 1,000W output—significantly more powerful than standard e-bikes in many countries. 2. Bike with motor failure: This issue was resolved on-site by the guide, allowing the bike to continue functioning. 3. Bike screen errors: Our guide addressed the screen issue during the tour as well, ensuring the bike could still be used. 4. Derailleur damage: This was likely caused by improper usage, as the derailleur was fully functional prior to the tour. However, we provided a replacement bike to ensure the group could continue with minimal disruption.
