What a fantastic place to stay . The staff are the best , They are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much . We were made to feel so welcome by everyone from the moment we walked through the door . An incident happened and staff could not have helped more . Thankyou again from us both x The building is so clean and decorated well. The room we stayed in was a disabled twin room. It was in a good location in the building and accommodated my friend very well. An excellent night's sleep in very comfy beds for both of us . There is a sun trap seating area out front that needs attention and weeding but it was still warm , quiet and tranquil. We ate dinner , tea and breakfast in the restaurant , and 'thank you 'to the chefs, it was all 10/10. This really is a great place to stay and we rarely go anywhere twice but am already looking at booking for the near future , and am recommending to friends and family x

This was the second visit to The Coach House and I can only say the place is fabulous. The staff were so welcoming, very obliging and friendly. I ate in the restaurant, the food was beautiful. My room was the family room as it was the last one available, very nice, spotlessly clean, comfortable, great WiFi connection, tea & coffee. All in all the place is fantastic thank you very much for your hospitality and welcome.

THE BEST IN THE AREA ,very lovely rooms and staff ,very pet friendly our dogs were able to sit with us for dinner and breakfast ,and they had Sausages in bowls brought out from the kitchen for breakfast THIS HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY ,WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK A STAY AT THIS FANTASTIC HOTEL

We hired the function suite and several rooms for a party. Everyone had an incredible time, Faye and the team were amazing from the moment we enquired to hold the party to the end of the night, nothing was an issue. You made a great night super special. The buffet was delicious and everyone i spoke to couldn’t complement it enough. Thank you so much. The Coach House really is a local delight

This is a comfortable hotel with a fantastic team of staff who will always try their best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Conveniently located with character that the chain hotels don't have and attention to detail which is done through a genuine desire to make your stay a positive one.

A two night stay where we had a family room for two adults and two children and a seperate room for two adults. Family room was fantatstic with lots of space and seperate fold out beds for kids which were ample. Dinner in the evening was superb with very generous portions. Breakfast was also up to a very high standard. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we all really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.

Excellent staff fabulous service. Good menu and specials board. Prices are good with good portions. Desserts are extremely good and again generous portions. Surrounding are very nice they do good garden parties in the sumner. We will go back highly recommend

Gosh, what a treat this was, on the outskirts of Lowestoft. Great looking place and really warm welcome at 10:30pm, and a pint at the bar taken upstairs. Lovely, comfortable bed, and quiet room. Spa level fluffy towels and high class toiletries, with the usual meaningless apparently significant names, and essential ingredients I have so far managed 60 years without. Great breakfast and overall a hotel in such good condition. Slightly sad to leave on a sunny/wintry day. But as Arnie said, I’ll be back.

Service impeccable by two very hospitable staff who went above and beyond. The food definitely up there with the salmon falling apart beautifully and the flavours complimenting one another to perfection. Would highly recommend and anticipate another visit fairly soon!
