"Excellent base to go to the sanctuary. A 5-minute walk, along the river Gave and via 'the souvenir-shop streets' Were warmly welcomed by Christine who really does her best 24/7 to please the guests. Clean rooms. Sufficient towels. We had full board. That is eating at set times with a fixed meal (no choice, just what is on the table...) We had someone with us who was dependent on care and a wheelchair. The special 3-person/disabled room was the only suitable room for this. Other rooms are too small to wash/change/turn people in bed (changing position)"

"A very nice hotel in a good position , the sanctuary is just a short walk away. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was OK, hot food was scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Plenty of pastries, cheese and ham. Ac worked well, the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work which might be a problem in colder weather when you can't open the windows. Overall a pleasant stay."

The continental breakfast has a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The room was small and basic, but cleaned to a high standard every day. This hotel is an ideal base for exploring Lourdes. It is only a ten minute walk to The Basilica. Do not listen to the negative reviews about this hotel. It is a budget friendly hotel, not a 5 star. Some people don,t want to pay much, but expect a lot! We will certainly be visiting this hotel again."

"I needed a place for one night and this very reasonably priced hotel did the trick. It was great value. The AC was an oscillating fan but it did the trick. The bed was comfortable and had a great bath/shower. A reasonably priced breakfast was offered but I had declined the breakfast. The hotel is very close to the train station. It is family-owned and they speak English, French and Italian. They were very friendly and welcoming. I needed to leave my bags until I could check into the next hotel and they were more than happy to let me leave them (and before I checked in too!!!). I would highly recommend this little gem near the train station in Lourdes."
