Hôtel Aneto

Hôtel proche Sanctuaire, Laetitia est très Gentil et Respecte la Clientèle. Vraiment un beau Hôtel, avec du Charme, elle dégage quelque chose harmonieux, et agréable. J’apprécie beaucoup. J’aime beaucoup cette hôtel car il est bien équipé. Merci beaucoup

A deux pas du sanctuaire Un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel ANETO est parfait. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est très sympa. Petit déjeuner copieux. Cuisine familiale mais de qualité.

We had booked 3 rooms at Hotel Aneto Lourdes in February 2023 and had booking confirmed. On arrival at Lourdes airport we took a hotel to hotel as we had an 85 year old in our group. On arrival after giving name receptionist said follow me. We assumed going to rooms. She took us outside hotel and down a hill and was going to take us up another hill to see Laetitia, who she said was patron and spoke english to explain. we asked her to bring Laetitia down to speak to us. Apparently she owns three hotels in Lourdes. She came from Hotel St Rose to speak to us. She advised our ooking had been cancelled and she had advised us bt e mail. No e mails arrived. The girl at reception inHotel Aneto was not surprised when we gave name on arrival. Laetitia then asked what we were being charged and proceeded to go to neighbouring hotels to see if we could be accommodated for duration of our stay which was 5 nights. After three hotels refusing she went up the hill to hotel Stella who could accommodate us. Laetitia then pulled a case up the hill with our 85 year old struggling with stick. Once we arrived at the Hotel Stella we never had to use hill again as it had easy access to,lift which toom us to the grotto avoiding steps. I would not advise anyone to trust a booking made with Hotel Aneto. We booked direct with hotel. When we got to Hotel Stella receptionist very pleasant and helpful allocating rooms. Laetitia disappeared with not so much as an apology for the inconvenience of having to relocate hotels after especially ordering taxi from airport. The hotel Stella was spotless with friendly staff in dining room. If you want to make sure you have a hotel room when arriving in Lourdes Do Not book or even consider Hotel Aneto.

Close to Norte Dame Sanctuary. Good cleaning everyday.

In pellegrinaggio con amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo pessimo Hotel, la prima cosa ad accoglierci la terribile puzza di cucinato. Dire pessimo il cibo è poco.. la prima colazione quasi offensiva, apparecchiato con una tazza un burro una marmellata e delle fette biscottate in busta. Il buffet due vassoi di prosciutto cotto e formaggio dall’aspetto e colore poco invitante. Anche avendo pagato la pensione completa, dopo il primo giorno non ne abbiamo più usufruito. La chicca poi è il bagno, mi piacerebbe sapere chi lo ha progettato! Alla larga!!!!
