Cute loft in transitional neighborhood Overall, stay was ok. Loft was clean though it did not feel it because the floor in kitchen is very old and looks dirty (though I don't think it was, just wear and tear). Smelled like coffee from coffee shop below, which serves great coffee. We walked around neighborhood which feels like it is on the edge of Germantown. - there are people making investments but it is still transitional. Would not have felt comfortable staying there alone as a single woman.

Great 1-BR stay The place was a great stay for a long weekend. I didn't use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with plates, glasses, and some fixing's if I wanted to cook. I'd def stay again. The owern's were easy to communicate with and replied to a few random questions promptly.

Nice apartment The apartment was clean and cozy and perfect for 2 people. Check in was easy and the host provided us with a list of great places nearby to try. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Street noise can be a little loud but the fan drowns it out and I wouldnt let that stop me from staying here. Off street parking is also a plus.

Weekend visit We had a great time in this neighborhood of Germantown. There is a cute coffee shop below the apartment and it’s walkable to breakfast and breweries. This is a good jumping off spot for the Louisville Ale Trail which is a hidden gem.
