We are mid stay and cannot say nice enough things about this hotel honestly. The night we arrived we were met with a hearty welcome and clear instructions. Our room is lovely, clean, big, beds comfy.. all balconies are south facing. Breakfast is exceptional, sun beds are another level of quality.. padded and sturdy.. pool warm and clean. There is a unique culture of no fighting for sunbeds at this pool, we were shocked, pool opens at 9.30 and very few people take camp .. bums on towels only, the lifeguard is funny, he polices the poolside well.. and it works!! Wow!! It is so relaxed and very friendly. Staff are lush. Location wouldn’t suit anyone that doesn’t enjoy walking but we do. On tired nights, taxi home was 4 euros.. it’s safe, sunny and clean. We will be back

We chose to stay here as we didn’t want a children orientated place & also wanted somewhere quiet, we also like a walk! It was perfect. Other than the fact that the walk back to your apartment does feel a chore, we loved our stay. The apartment & all facilities were Immaculate, the pool area lovely & calm, we ate at the pool bar & the food was delicious. Our apartment 610 was spacious, the beds super comfortable & a fantastic ocean view, with the bedroom and lounge windows open we didn’t need air con as it let a good airflow through. The mini bar was priced very well & drinks/food really reasonable. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay,would highly recommend !

We stayed here as a family of 3 for a week during the Easter Holiday's. I booked via Tui because the quality of the apartments looked much better than anywhere I could find in the much more central and touristy areas of Los Christianos & Las Americas within the same budget. Due to the reviews about the steps at this resort I did email prior to our arrival as I was 22 weeks pregnant to request a low level room, nobody did get back to my email but upon arrival we were situated at the lowest block in room 101. I'm not sure if the email was received or if this was just a happy convenience but either way it worked out very well. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm and greeted warmly by reception who had the barman bring us complimentary drinks which was a very pleasant start and introduction. We had a one bedroom apartment which was exceptionally clean and very spacious with a large sofa bed in the living room which was easy enough to store away to make use of the living area in the daytime and also prepared with bed linens when folded out. We were told at check in that room cleaning / bedding / towels were every other day which we could manage fine, hospitality workers actually had a two day strike during our visit and we were warned services were reduced but we really didn't notice any difference when it came to cleanliness and the same high level was upheld throughout! The kitchenette area had everything you needed to make small meals /snacks and a full size fridge is always appreciated when abroad. The fridge did come stocked with essentials but we made use of the supermarket just down the road (a slightly larger / cheaper supermarket is available just past the first 24hr one you come too after the roundabout). Whilst we were staying here it was also my birthday which the hotel kindly brought a bottle of cava and card to my room for which was a lovely surprise although I sadly couldn't drink it myself. The pool area/ lifeguard is strict- no balls, no inflatables, no jumping in. My son got told off several times when playing with other kids but the guy is just doing his job. The pool area is only small so if all the kids were acting like that all of the time it likely would make it unpleasant for people trying to relax so I get it. The Pool bar food was great, a little slow but good quality and great value for money, they are also not strict at all about you bringing your own food and drink around the pool- just no glass bottles which is a great benefit. The walk down to the beach front is only 10/15 mins and around 20/25 into more central Los Christianos, we did walk back a few times but it is steep uphill in parts. We walked into Las Americas a few nights which is around a 40/45 minute walk and stopped off for a drink on the way to break up the journey but we always got a taxi back which we never really struggled with and are very reasonably priced. This is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking lots up Hills and up steps the apartments are at the top of a steep Hill from the seafront which takes about 20 minutes then when you get to the apartments, there are lots more steps to get to the rooms It there’s not very good if you have problems with walking The rooms are very spacious and clean with all the facilities to be self-sufficient. The bars and restaurant are all very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our week here one good tip is a taxi from the bottom seafront to the hotel cost just under €5 so worth doing if you’ve had enough of walking If ever a hotel lends itself to be in adults, only this one should be not much for children to do
