Klayman Olivina Aparthotel

Just back and this is our 4th stay we are also booked in for January. This place is simply excellent! Everything need. It’s clean it’s safe the staff are superb. It doesn’t have air-con but not many apts here do. Great surprise of sparkly wine on my birthday. ( note to management for next year I’m a beer drinker 🤣) This time we had studio again all you need just a little smaller. Thanks and see you on January

Lovely rooms, staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. On departure day locked luggage room use of pool and fresh towels given for a shower before we left. Good advice for trips, booked by reception if required. Would definitely recommend!

The facilities are amazing, the rooftop pool and sol bar are wonderful. All the staff are exceptional especially the reception and bar staff. They are let down by the outdated apartments. We had a ground floor one and we nicknamed it the bay cave as it was so dark all the time . They have no air conditioning but provide a fan . The rooms need a total update . In all fairness they offered to move us to a new room. All I would say is avoid apartments 117-120

Just back from Klayman Olivino Los Cristiano's staff on reception desk are so friendly and helpful rooms cleaned every day also fresh towels daily roof top staff are friendly and service is great would highly recommend the Klayman Olivino

We stayed for 5 nights in September 2024, and are thoroughly impressed with what the hotel has to offer. It’s a good location, and the pool and bar facilities are decent. However, it’s an absolute nightmare to sleep at night as the only air conditioning you have is a fan that circulates the warm air around the room. This was our second stay to the hotel, and unfortunately will probably be our last due to the lack of air conditioning facilities.

Vengo a contar mi espantosa estancia en en esta cadena de hoteles , desde el momento que llegué la recepcionista encargada en ese momento, me puso inconvenientes, además habitaciones sucias y una directora que no sabe español, por su otro lado el Diamond presenta malos olores que provienen de los desagües, además aunque lo vendan un complejo recién reformado, presenta instalaciones antiguas, necesitando por tanto un buen lavado de cara, por lo tanto no volvería ni gratis.

Absolutely love this place! Second visit and there will be a third. The team at the Klayman are just fantastic and genuinely want you to have a great holiday, doing everything they can to make it so. Ivan, Farah, Cresco and the rest of the team on reception are all fabulous, and it was lovely to see them again. The guys in the bar, the cleaners, everyone works so hard to make your stay the best it can be. Rooms are clean and have everything you need and location is great for the beach, restaurants etc. I don’t have enough words to say how much we enjoy our holidays in this hotel. Excellent hotel, the loveliest staff we have ever known in a hotel! Every part of hotel clean, self catering room with all amenities, even an iron & ironing board. Super shower, comfy beds, daily cleaned & towels. Great location for beach, bars & restaurants. Would 100% revisit this hotel

Stayed here with my partner for a week. Our apartment was great the only one thing was the sofa needed replacing as we were almost sitting on the floor… but other than that it was great. If you are staying at one of the rooms with a balcony then you might find it a tad noisy with the noise from the bar across the road playing live music until late however that did not really bother us. There was a large fan provided which was enough for us. Maybe some tea bags and coffee sachets would had been great but not a big issue. The rooftop bar was fantastic with two happy hours a day and snacks served when we were there. Plenty of places to eat across the road. I cannot recommend Sal Fina enough to eat if you are by the beach, honestly the food was amazing but best to book. The pool was quite busy when we went but there are extra sunbeds past the pool down the stairs which were great. I cannot fault the staff everyone of them was amazing especially a lady who kept us entertained while we were waiting to leave, such a laugh! A local shop I believe called Dialplax was not even a 5 minute walk which was a reasonable price and the bakery was so good! A lovely chilled place for families or couples. We would love to stay here again in the future thank you so much!
