"Booked the Nautical Suite for a trip with friends, and the overall experience was a mixed bag. Pros: The environment truly exceeded expectations (5/5), creating a great vacation vibe. The facilities and cleanliness were also quite good. Cons: The service attitude and hidden fees were very frustrating (only 3/5)! On the first night, we found a cockroach in our room. After reporting it to the hotel, we were moved to a different room, but then the hotel tried to charge us a 'cleaning fee'! It's completely unreasonable to make guests pay for a room change caused by their own hygiene issues. Additionally, I clearly booked an **all-inclusive** package, yet I was still charged extra taxes separately, making the fees extremely opaque. Summary: The hotel's hardware and environment are indeed good, but if you want a hassle-free vacation, be prepared to deal with potentially unreasonable charges."

Communication was so convenient; anything we needed, we could simply message on WhatsApp and get a response within minutes. The staff gave great recommendations for activities and dinner spots in the area. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning water views. I loved that it’s adults-only, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The hotel also has its own private beach, accessible by a quick boat ride provided for guests. The drinks were top-tier, and one evening there was even a DJ on the rooftop, which created such a fun vibe. The food was also a standout—specifically the rooftop burgers, which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. We felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return and confidently give this hotel a 10/10 across the board!"

"If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return."
