This is a magnificent one bedroom condo with two beautiful bathrooms, both with large walk in showers, right on the Sea of Cortez at the Villas De Cortez in the Van Wormer Resorts. Walk out your sliding glass door and you are steps to the pool. Then down a few steps to the Sea of Cortez. First floor units are a big plus in this building, since you do not have to use stairs or elevator to access pool area.
Location of this building is in a perfect location, since you can WALK to the Heart of Los Barriles in minutes. Two grocery stores are very close as well as many great, inexpensive restaurants. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
There are two queen sized beds in the bedroom, and a sofa in the living room plus an airbed. So the unit can sleep 6 comfortably, if 2 in each queen. This condo is in the Villas de Cortez Unit #1105.
This is a well wonderful price for this unit. This unit rents from the Management company for $320 to $380 per night or more.. Our rates are based from $250 per night, which can vary for high and low seasons, plus a modest cleanup fee at departure (around $75 US). Los Barriles is a quiet village with many good casual inexpensive restaurants, and affordable shops. A great place for a couples get a way or a family vacation on the ocean in luxury. I will provide a list of recommended restaurants prior to arrival or in the white notebook in the unit..
Also, in November, 2024, the resort will open 24 pickle ball courts.

Nice Condo!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and roomy. It is located in a great spot poolside with a great view. Owner was helpful when needed. We would stay here again.

Amazing location
The location is amazing, and being able to walk out to the pool from the space was perfect with small kids. The unit itself could use a bit of upkeep/upgrades, but everything worked and we were overall very happy with our stay and the communication with the owner when required .

Loved it
The location in the complex is the best it gets and we loved how friendly everyone was. We be also liked that the the restaurant and swim up bar were on a reliable schedule with good food. We really liked the walk out location to the pool for the kids, but know that the pools aren’t heated and there is no hot tub at the Villas so we had to go to the hotel pool for the for the kids to swim. It was February so probably the only month you would need the hot tub. We will be back and hope to stay here again. It would have been nice to have some beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers available so you can explore the beaches in style. But that’s about it. Thanks!

Summer vacation
The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all of what Los Barriles has to offer, pool, beach, town and restaurants. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. We enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back.

The kitchen did not have any liquid dish soap or paper towels or any dish rag or sponge and the beds are NOT QUEEN! 2 full beds and the sliding screen door got stuck more that it opened! But location is amazing!

Amazing views and great location
My hubby and I had a great time staying at this property. The views were incredible. Hotel staff was super nice and attentive. The Location was very close to town. The pictures don’t do it justice.
Lots of space too. Great size kitchen living room and bedroom. AC worked great. The washer and dryer are very small and didn’t work too well. We didn’t care though. Everything else was awesome.

Family Thanksgiving 2022
We love to stay in Los Barriles through the years and palmas hotel is a great place to stay . With the pool / snack bar / restaurant make it easy with family . We had may activity planned in the area with fishing / snorkeling/ ATV /waterfalls to keep us busy .
The room was in a great location with easy walk out access to the pool area . The place was clean and easy check in and out . The only thing that could have made the stay better was the sleeping arrangements that said to sleep 8 . The bedroom sleeps 4 . There a blow up mattress that will hold 2 but had a leak and you could have a kid possibly sleep on the couch . I would definitely stay again here but would consider staying with a group of 4 .
