The motel was shut down by the state of New Mexico in September. The credit card charges through ******* for a motel that doesn’t exist is considered fraud. A full refund of monies is required in order to stop fraud charges against the property owner and *******. Local residents that I spoke to have confirmed they believe the property is owned by *******. This will need to be confirmed. Please contact me.

Don't stay here
We had three rooms, one couple were moved from their room after check in, another room had books and other stains. Some rooms had broken windows.
The whole place had a very bad vibe.
Be aware they have a zero refund policy so you won't know any of this before arriving.
Motel 6 across the road is same price and much better.

Comfortable & Affordable
Although the appearance seemed a bit worn, we were very comfortable. There wasn't breakfast, however there was still a microwave and toaster oven available. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, water pressure & temperature was great, and even though the AC/Heater were dated, it worked like a champ. Definitely a great stop along the road for a "no-frills" stop without sacrificing comfort.

It was cheap for a reason.
There was no towels or TP. There was only one person there to take care of everything.

Messed up
Front desk guy was friendly helpful. The hotel itself needs some freshening up. The building is old and it shows. I had room 202. Heating and cooling unit was too noisy.
At 1AM someone opened my door and said " oh I wonder who's in room 202" and quickly closed my door. There was no pre knock. Obviously they had a key to my room. Pretty messed up if you think about it.

Nous avions "peur" en regardant les commentaires, mais plutôt bonne surprise pour ce motel. Certes, il fait un peu vieillot et mériterait un coup de nettoyage dans les parties communes, mais nous étions très contents de notre chambre qui pour le coup était propre. La personne en charge était très sympa et à l'écoute, nous ne regrettons pas de ne pas avoir écouté les autres avis. Nous voulions passer une nuit de transition sympa, et c'est ce que nous avons eu.
