The Hannafore Point Hotel

We stayed through from New Year’s Eve… it was a good band, with an overall great atmosphere. Drinks at a fair price. Rest of our stay had diminishing service as the hotel was closing for the next week or so. It never rose above its 3-stars, even though staff were friendly and helpful.

Just returned having stayed for the NYE celebrations. Hannafore Point Hotel a big thankyou to all staff. Food amazing, room fabulous 👌 watching the fireworks from our balcony across to Banjo Pier an unforgettable experience. All the best and we look forward to returning in August.

Great location and friendly staff. Lovely hotel. Great location. Needs some updating and breakfast a little limited. Our room had issues with hot water and smells in bathroom. Would return though.

Great views Built in the 1930’s with a series of extensions on a sloping site means that accessibility is an issue. Staff were friendly. Large wedding group so service a little slow but well organised. Slightly tired around the edges but good views of sea and 5min walk to centre of Looe

This is a plea to the owner from a local and member of the gym here for 18 months. I don't expect it to be listened to but here goes anyway. REPLACE YOUR RUNNING MACHINES They are ancient and dangerous. On the rare occasions they don't have an out of order sign sellotaped to them, they stop dead when you are running. This is extremely dangerous. I am not a litigious person, which is extremely lucky for the owner as on my last visit in March this happened and gave me a sore neck for weeks. You lost two members for not doing anything about those running machines. We hope to rejoin this winter but (and I am not in the least surprised) you still haven't replaced them and a current member told me they still stop suddenly and are still dangerous. Please replace these machines. You will get back members and new members will join. You could even put the membership up. There are plenty of affluent people in Looe who would pay moee for a gym with modern kit. Here's hoping but I won't hold my breath

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room with sea views was spacious and met all our needs. Breakfast was really good, great quality food and excellent service. The spa was very enjoyable. Situated on the Looe headland, it is a short walk down hill into Looe. Taxis are available in Looe for those who struggle with steep hills. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning.
