Amazing experience in this Hotel. That family took hospitality to another level and really made me feel at home. I even had diner with them on the last night. Location and food was great. They even upgraded my room upon arrival. Would 100% recommend that hotel!

The location is great and the hotel is authentic and rustic, but this also means, squat toilet in the shower.
Otherwise, the people of the hotel is very helping and can arrange you transportation back to Guilin for 50 RMB (2025)

La familia que lleva el hotel es encantadora. La ubicación es excelente y las vistas increíbles. La aldea en sí es pequeña así que se recorre fácil. Tienen servicio de comida, nosotros cenamos allí y estaba todo buenísimo, precios económicos teniendo en cuenta dónde estas, platos de comida contundentes. Mi novio pidió una cerveza pero a mí no me gusta , la señora al darse cuenta me trajo un vaso de licor de arroz glutinoso echo por ellos mismos que estaba delicioso, fueron muy hospitalarios con nosotros. Si vienes a Dazhai lo recomiendo 100% .

我們是淡季去的，所以房價可以接受，而且沒有什麼人，老闆娘很親和，人很好，給我們升級了房間的朝向。房間和圖片大差不大，價格上就是朝向問題而已。但不在乎窗外是不是觀景的話，其實沒所謂，因為下樓也有觀景地，而且下梯田也可以找到不一樣的觀景視角。
晚上在民宿裏吃，也不算很貴，菜都是現摘現做，雞也是現抓現做的，很新鮮。早上吃的老闆娘煮的桂林米粉，真的好好吃。
去的時候桂林蠻冷大概零下一度，但房間有暖氣，衞生間也很乾凈的。雖然看起來是小村子裏，我也有點小潔癖，但是老闆的衞生做得還是可以的。
值得去住一下。

The place is in a very convenient location (compared to other inns that are way up the mountain hill). All wood, very cozy. Can get cold in the winter. The owner is very friendly and they have a good menu with local dishes. Definitely worth for the price.

Love my stay, proprietors were welçoming, clean, had family meals, upgraded at no cost, hot water, heater great room patio views.
The negative experience and *not connected with the hotel were the aggressive ethnic women vendors, they lie about their products, use guilt trip and aggression to try to get you to buy. I certainly don't want the lump them all together but in my seven encounters it was 100%, perhaps it's a cultural thing. I've told my proprietor and hopefully she'll warm them that it's harmful fleecing and being unpleasant.

Well located with a nice view. Rustic hotel with a good environment. Owner super friendly and makes wonderful food. Super helpful and can speak a little English. I recommend.

Our inn is Chinese fir stilted building, the main building is four storeys high, independent loft is two storeys high, own 20 rooms. We also have bus from Guilin railway station to Dazhai parking. and we provide charter service, if need, please make advance reservation.
