Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Simon,Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at  Thistle London Heathrow T5.The hotel has access to the POD as agreed by the Airport this access is chargeable and we have negotiated the lowest charge possible. The hotel pays £8.00 per person per journey to the operator, the facility is a huge advantage for the hotel as we are able to offer a quick direct connection. However, we do not profit directly from the journey sales these are all collected on behalf of the operator. The hotel does have rooms on the ground and first floor and we are happy to allocate rooms on these floors upon request.
