Crowne Plaza London - Kingston

I ve just visited Crown Plaza, Thames Ditton and had a wonderful weekend. I am so glad to be able to stay there again after a long while. The room overlooked the Thames and was delightful. Very clean and comfortable. John was at the desk. He was especially welcoming and helpful. So a special thanks to him for making my stay more pleasurable. Mrs. Baker

We went to the restaurant for the Sunday dinner buffet. Friendly prompt efficient customer service, especially from the chef Ramu Butler, fabulous food, very good value for money, spacious cosy comfortable restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The hotel is in a convenient location, opposite the river. The staff were very friendly, and the quality of the room was good. A bit of attention to detail was needed, for example one of the curtains was hanging off the end of the rail - it had probably been pulled a bit too vigorously - it would be easy to fix. The bathroom was generally clean, although there were quite a few water marks around the taps and sink. My only real disappointment was about the parking. The small multi-storey car park is located behind the hotel, but unfortunately there is no direct access into the hotel. Arriving in the dark, as a woman on my own, I felt rather vulnerable. The hotel entrance is a few minutes’ walk away, passing by a number of industrial units and garages, all in darkness. It made me feel uncomfortable. There are a handful of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, but these have a limited stay of 20 minutes.

Fantastic stay, Dinesh was superb and very helpful throughout. We will definitely use this hotel again for both business and pleasure. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The rooms had been updated and were very comfortable with all the amenities you need.

Parking is too far from the building. Breakfast on Sundays 730-930 is excessively early!!
