"Tämä oli toinen vuosi osallistua Dark Harbor. Meillä oli suurempi huone tänä vuonna sataman näkymä. Negatiiviset asiat olivat tilat. Viime vuonna ei ollut tilat mitään ja sängyssä vikoja. Otin yhteyttä johtoryhmään ja kerroin heille, mitä tapahtui, ja olin varma, että meille maksetaan korvausta ongelmasta, eikä vain meille maksettu korvausta, vaan meille maksettiin enemmän huoneestamme. Emme ole uusia Halloween 🎃 tapahtumaan. Osallistuimme Shipwreck tapahtumiin ensimmäisten 10 vuoden aikana se oli avoinna lasten ja ystävien kanssa. Olen hyvin pettynyt siihen, että olet väärin edustanut huolenaiheitasi palaavista matkustajista. Muuta kuin sitä, mitä odotamme ensi vuonna."

Hotel Royal

"Hotel Royal is a small and quaint hotel in downtown Long Beach. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the shoreline drive to the lighthouse and the Pike outlets. I had an exceedingly pleasant stay at Hotel Royal. The staff, articulately Mario and Jose, were accommodating. There is hot water all day and I really appreciated that. Also free coffee in the morning. It is close to all kinds of good restaurants, and I had no trouble carrying on with all kinds of fun andbusiness."

Hilton Long Beach Hotel

"Room was spacious with balcony and a small storage room for luggage/clothes next to the bathroom, which was very convenient. Free shuttle available for within 1 ot 2km (can't recall exact). The biggest issue on my trip was the spoilt light near my door entrance and the plug nearby was spoilt too hence there was no lights at that part of the room and too dark to work at the desk with only a small table light. The technician promised to change the next day but no action was taken for the 5 nights I was there. Temperature control wasn't working properly too and no matter how I tried to adjust the temperature upwards, it just didn't go up and room was rather cold."

"Booked through trip.com app, A small mix up on the room was the only problem when checking in, but was corrected when I brought it up to the front desk. We stayed in the balcony room with water views it was really nice and peaceful. Thank you so much for the great stay :)....."
