STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! I booked for a friend and his family from 3/8-3/11 When my friends arrived they found the room smelled bad, dirty even the walls were dirty and found bugs on the bed, we have pictures and a video. We booked through ********** and priceline. We called them to cancel the reservation this was an hour from booking. The hotel manager was going to arrivr at 9:30pm and we had to wait for him. When I called he was very defensive right away yelling and wouldn't talk to me because it was not under my name but I had booked and payed for it. He went to the room to check the complaint and he started yelling at my friends, they did not speak English so he yelled even louder. My friend had me on speaker so I started yelling at him thourgh the phone and he got pist. He took the key from them and told them to get out... He kicked them out to the parking lot while he was on the phone, He only refund 2 nights but is refusing to refund the first night which he himself kicked them out!!! Is this even legal??? I WILL FIND OUT! He is rude and rasist! I am in contact with priceline to resolve this issue, I don't care any more about the 1st night what I want is for ********** and priceline and any other booking service to take them out of their list and will not rest until they do! If you don't belive me book a room with them and you too will be writing a review. Manager on staff would not give his name but he was there (clocked in) Friday 3/8/2025 9:30pm...

I never do these reviews but i wanted to clear up all these bad reviews i read that made me scared of what my stay had in store. It was very clean minus needing new paint and new blankets cause of burns but everything was washed and cleaned. They were very nice at the window and also very helpful with a speedy check out. Heads up the deposit is 100$ but you get it right back. Ive stayed in way worse for more money so i would say that this is definitely a good deal.

Middle of the road. Was ok for last min. Well negative was room was kind of old, little language barrier from check in. Bathroom needed some work, room lacked outlets to charge devices. But positives is close by to shops and restaurants. Did come with microwave and fridge. Also not far from A/Metro Blue Line. Was ok for one night or need something last min. Got some humor out of non smoking sign.

Reasonable and clean Simple room for the price. Clean on arrival. Would have appreciated a second trashcan in the living area, but it's a small gripe.

Convenient and cheap. Cigarette burned holes in blankets, hairs on pillows.

There was hair in my shower that was clearly not mine. They didn’t clean my sink at all. The tv didn’t work. AND I FOUND A BUG AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ME.
