H2O LifeStyle Resort

It was no doubt a very pretty location, but I found the staff less than helpful. We had quite a few issues like a lack of hot water that we spent the better part of our first day handling. Which on the day before we left became an issue again. Although we understand that it of course is very warm on the island the temp in in our room never went below 75. It was looked at once, when we voiced our concern a second time we got no response and just dealt with it. I voiced my concern about our issues when we checked out and all we got was a “well look into it”.

We just got back from a great week at the H2O Resort. The resort is small, which I really liked, the pools and hot tubs were clean and very good. The beach is one of the best I've ever soon, super clean and you can walk right into the water and walk out over a mile and still stand on the soft sandy bottom. The room was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could need to cook, and the full size fridge and freezer with ice maker was a big help. We did opt to have the house keeping come once a day and that worked out really well. The breakfast in the morning was great, although sometimes it was pretty busy, if you just have patience you will be able to get some great food. We did have a rental car, and the roads are not in very good condition, but it did work out for us so we could go the grocery store and Grace Bay and see most of the island and explore some of the other beaches as well. I highly recommend this resort for couples or families.

EXCELLENT RESORT!! This is one of our favorite places to visit for a lovely, peaceful getaway from our home in Atlanta, GA US. We fly 2 hours and we are in beautiful Turks and Caicos….and H20 resort is a lovely hidden treasure. The grounds are clean. Rooms and suites are immaculate. And the staff are all so helpful, kind and professional. Marcia Sanchez is our favorite. She is sweet, professional and very helpful. She is very hardworking, cooks us breakfast by the pool everyday and also cleans our suite perfectly well. Thank you, Marcia for always making our stay at the resort so memorable and beautiful. See you all soon. We love your resort!! And so do our kids. They can’t wait to come back with us to do some Efoiling activities at your beach!

Our time at H2O was truly remarkable. Adrienne, Mario, and Benson went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable, treating us like we were part of their own family. The room was immaculate, and we felt genuinely at ease. This trip holds a special place in our hearts, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. One of the highlights was having Chef Joseph come to our room to prepare a five-course meal. We highly recommend booking him for a truly unforgettable experience. H2O is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went to H20 for kitesurfing lessons and I have to say they were excellent with a brand new kite surfer. I had two 2 hour private lessons, one with Ron, one with Dino. Both were great and I learned the basics. I successfully got up on the board in the second lesson. Connect there with Duncan to get you set up! I look forward to picking up where I left off when I next return.

Amazing resort. A true luxury wellness retreat. Can’t beat the view from the Beach House. Perfectly set up for people who want lots of activity and relaxation alike. We were not even able to use all the available amenities – wish I could have stayed for months. Will definitely recommend and will return!

What a gem! My family of four just returned from the most beautiful five days/nights at H2O - me, my husband, and our son (age 20) and daughter (14). The two bedroom suite was spacious and pristine - it was beyond clean with beautiful furnishings. And the most comfy and inviting beds! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need - from a coffee maker (with fresh local coffee grounds) to a toaster, and pots and pans to cook whatever you’d like. The groceries and drinks we ordered ahead of time (with the help of the hotel) were put away in our kitchen before we arrived. The terrace looked out to the hotel’s perfectly manicured grounds and the most peaceful pool that we never wanted to come out of, with the ocean in the background. We were met on a rainy day by the most lovely people who work at H2O. After a complimentary drink at the bar, our room was ready early. Over the next five days the people at H2O attended to every request quickly and with a smile. Complimentary breakfast by the pool was perfect - fresh fruit and pastries, yogurt, waffles, and espresso, coffee, juice etc. The hotel is quiet but not boring - there’s a pickleball court, great gym, paddle boards and kayaks, jet skis etc, yoga in the early mornings, and we spent endless hours in the gorgeous calm water watching the beautiful kite surfers. The staff hooked us up with a taxi service (thank you Jose!) who took us to and from dinner every night around the island. There is no restaurant at the hotel but it didn’t matter to us at all. We ordered lunch from the Swift Eats app (as recommended by the hotel) and it was perfect. The Shore Club hotel is a short walk down the beach and has a few restaurants too. The staff at H2O made everything easy. We can’t wait to return! Thank you to Adrienne and all the wonderful people who work at H2O!

just nowNEW-Write a review Delete We decided to spend our wedding anniversary here. For being charged $9,000 for 9 days, this resort wasn’t worth it. The room was beautiful but that was about it. The resort sits on a beach, which was nice for jet skiing. They mixed up our jet ski plans and told us the waived half the costs but we were in fact charged at the end of our stay. There is no restaurants or room service . I kept getting locked out of our room and the gym on a daily basis. They kept changing the opening hours of the gym. One early morning I was locked out of the room with no one on the property! It started raining while we were locked out. The front desk closes at 6p.m. I called and called the front desk and a grounds keeper answered after about 4 calls. He took his time getting to us to let us in the room. It rained off and on during our stay despite being told it hardly rained and if so it lasts a few mins. I got ate up severely by bugs in our room that I had to sleep every night with my Nike sweatsuit on; I I had to put on bug repellent immediately after getting out of the shower; I had to spray the sheets down everyday with bug spray and we bought citronella candles that burned while being in the room. I called the front desk and they sent a half empty can of bug spray. Not helpful at all. The front desk manager Julie wasn’t very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this resort. This was our first and last time in Turks and Caicos. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

This new resort is beautiful, clean and amazing. Nice beach and lots of activities. Bedrooms are clean , new and modern. Pools are beautiful. We highly recommend. The only down side is no restaurant but you can walk down the beach to one. I would recommend a car rental if staying here.
