Incredibly beautiful resort. Resort is on south side of island and the breezes that come off the water are amazing! The staff attend to your every need and are very knowledgeable of everything! Rosa at Sea Grapes poolside bar is an excellent bartender

Wonderful place and professional service. I just wanna mentionned that Michael at the pool bar was amazing ! Good vibes and professional! We had an amazing afternoon with him and he was taking care of everything. His drinks and his stories were delightful to hear. Thank you Michael !!

The hotel is gorgeous, loved the pool, decor, beach access but staff, and I mean 90% of those I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with, act as if you are an annoyance and they do not want you there. They will make every effort to avoid you. Example, go to the restaurant for breakfast, 4 times, and staff is not on the floor, when they are they are coalescing to talk with each other paying guests no mind. When you ask for assistance they act like you’re disturbing them. I can give countless examples. The food also is maybe 6/10. Definitely we won’t be back.

WOW! Absolutely one of the best overall vacation destinations and resort customer service experiences ever! But first let me add some context. My wife and I take about 4 vacations each year, some local here in the US, others abroad and a bit more grand. In the last year so far we visited Greece, Dubai, and this most recent trip to Turks and Caicos just to relax and decompress. From the moment we checked in the presentation of the beautiful hotel lobby spoke volumes. As we toured the resort our first day every area was clean, impeccably manicured and well maintained. The room was quite large with a tastefully modern decor. The staff was very hospitable. While there for a week we met and got to know many of the staff members personally. Having befriended the head Chef as well, (Mr. Micheal Williams) to our complete surprise our last day he personally prepared the most amazing fish breakfast and brought it out to us himself. My initial thought as I looked at my plate and then at my wife was… Fish for breakfast at 8am? However, to say it was absolutely melt in your mouth delicious would be an understatement. We highly recommend putting “The Shore Club” in Turks and Caicos your list. You won’t be disappointed. A very special thanks to Ms Barbara our waitress and Micheal the head chef. 5 Stars!

The property is by far the most beautiful on the island with the most attentive and professional staff we have ever experienced. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, with a fantastic view of the pool. The breakfast in the morning was generous with numerous options. The staff and chef Michael were wonderful, making sure that my husband had gluten free options every day. For dinner, dining at Sui-Ren was so incredible that we enjoyed three wonderful meals there. I must give a special shoutout to Joseph our lead waiter who was simply the BEST! He was truly the reason we continued to come back. He ensured every dish prepared for my husband was gluten free and the food was delicious! The sushi was hands down the freshest and delish! In addition, the beach area was clean and had numerous chairs and umbrellas where we enjoyed the crystal blue waters. We enjoyed three of the pools on site and they were gorgeous! Another special nod to bartender Michael Grant who not only made fantastic drinks, he stocked gluten free liquor so that we could enjoy a cocktail without being nervous.

Very bad customer service. Staff at breakfast were very unfriendly and frowned all over your vacation. Asking for a Diet Coke, coffee, or a smoothie was asking too much of them. It was like asking a teenager to clean their room. You had to ask twice for anything extra. At 10:30 they snatch up your plates while you are still eating. They want you to know it’s time to go for sure. Hotel basically is shut down at 9pm, u can walk around but you won’t find anyone to get a glass of wine from at the beautiful rope bar. I don’t know about everyone but I don’t want to be asleep at 10pm on my vacation. Beach area, swim up bar area, housekeeping, and spa all were nice. Our boat excursion people and our driver were the best customer service we had all week by far! Way too beautiful of a place to have grouchy staff.
