Art House

This is the best of the best. A beautiful historical house in a lovely street just a couple of minutes from the peace bridge. We stayed there five nights in a spacious lovely room with a big bathroom. The breakfast in the lawrence was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful and funny too. You can ask them everything and they help you. The house and staff are precious diamonds.

The Art House is part of group of an accomodation group, I was due to stay in one of the groups other properties but due to an issue with my booking company I used there was an issue. I had to call to the Lawrence Hotel regarding my booking and they could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue. Due to the issues I was moved to Art House. The property is beautifully decorated and the room was very comfortable. Just a short walk from the City centre. Breakfast and bar are in the sister property the Lawrence a 1min walk on the same street.

Just returned from a lovely 2 night stay in Art House in Derry. Would highly recommend Art House. Fab accommodation. Bedroom was snug n cosy with super comfy bed. Communal areas catered for everything. Decorated to a very high standard. Lovely breakfast in sister boutique hotel The Lawrence (at an extra cost but worth it)Staff very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back. Derry and it’s people are great !

Awesome little boutique place to stay with a fabulous style to it . Welcomed with a smile and informative conversation. Kitchen is well equipped and you can cook what you want if you don’t want to eat out, you can help yourself to cereals and tea and coffee in the morning as well again if you don’t want to eat out . We opted for the cooked breakfast at the Lawrence house . It was delicious and I tried white pudding for the first time which i surprisingly liked. . It is on a steep bank so if you have breathing problems on exertion it’s probably wise to try and park as close as possible to the house. We got parked no problem in fairness. The only thing that made it not perfect for me was there was no where in my room where I could sit and do my hair and make up , no dressing table/chair . Not a negative in any way just a review . Wifi good . Bed awesome . Shower wasn’t powerful but done the job . Thanks for a nice stay

100% recommend staying at the art house! Absolutely fantastic , the quirky design and style of this place is out of this world. Stayed here on my trip to belfast as we came to derry for 1 night. The hosts connor and colin are superb , so helpful and generous . i will definetly be back! if you are looking for a top class boujee place to stay look no further. loved everything about the place and the service from connor and colin was next to none really lovely people. Cant wait for my next visit!

Exceeded my expectations, such a lovely small hotel/b&b that was decorated so well with every detail considered. Bed was very comfortable and room very quiet. Was a short downhill stroll (5min) to town. Uphill was a bit more extreme! Simple breakfast option. Was much more affordable than other options and prob much nicer!
