We arrived a little early for check-in so had a drink in the bar while waiting. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to the city centre and not overly priced. Our room was very spacious, clean and welcoming with a super comfortable bed and pillows! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights in a family room with one queen bed and one single bed. The hotel was newly opened so everything looked fresh and fantastic. We loved the décor of the hotel and the rooms, and everything felt comfortable and cozy. The room was a great size with comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, plenty of storage space, a modern smart TV, and the usual amenities. The bathroom was modern and clean, but I have to say I can't stand these 3-sided showers. The shower is amazing with spectacular water pressure and temperature. Honestly it was a dream, but it also splashed water all over the place in the name of aesthetics. The mirror had built-in lighting as well as being steam-resistant, so you can still use it after a hot shower. Breakfast was included and served in a gorgeous little atrium. It's a 'cold' breakfast so there were cereals, pastries, yoghurt, toast, etc. It was good and we were able to have as much as we wanted, so while a simple breakfast we could at least load up for the day. The staff were lovely and helpful. We had not initially planned to stay for 4 nights but they were very helpful when we had to extend our stay. My only gripe would be the towels. Each guest has two towels. Your hair towel is basically the size of a hand towel, and your body towel is the size of a hair towel. t Overall we really enjoyed the hotel. It was the perfect proximity to what we needed, an extremely lovely room that we actively wanted to spend time in, and a shower that made you feel like you're born again, if you don't mind the wet floor afterwards. 10/10 would book again!

We were really happy with our stay at this hotel. It had such a lovely, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the wonderful Fran on reception, who couldn’t do enough for us and instantly made us feel right at home. We stayed in room 101, which was a great size with super comfy beds and all the facilities you could possibly need. The continental breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty, and plentiful, and once again, the staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The bar is very stylish, with a fantastic selection of drinks and a great atmosphere. Overall, we were really impressed with everything about this hotel. A massive thank you to everyone, especially Fran, for making our trip amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

Classic boutique hotel, with a very elegant entrance so beautifully decorated and clean. Really impressed with this new hotel. Lovely local staff with a genuine warm welcoming personality. Bar really stylish, rooms fresh nicely decorated and clean, bathroom small but clean & perfect. Continental Breakfast was very nice, lovely pottery, and again beautifully designed. Parking next door in Quayside carpark £12/n (but you need to go to the parking office when leaving to get the £12/n rate if staying 2nights). Hotel very central, barstaff lovely, nice cocktails too. Will certainly return with friends and hubby again.

Very new hotel (October 2025). Very nice comfortable rooms. Very clean. Great continental breakfast included. Very affordably priced.
