Hotel No.9

We werent expecting an accessible shower but ******* had allocated one to us. Also we had booked 2 rooms through ******* but instructions only came through for one. We phoned the hotel directly & they were fantastic, sorting it out very quickly. I'll think twice about booking through a third party provider in future.

Bedding Bed cover consisted of a duvet which was too heavy for our liking. Too hot with the cover on, and becoming too cool with it off. Sweat and cool cycle resulted in poor sleep. No ability to open a window to let fresh air in.

Great location just off the Guildhall Square. I prefer person facing reception but managed the self check- in fine. It seems to be the way things are going. Had to type in a number to enter the building and room. The room was compact and clean with a place to hang clothes. Modern decor. Lovely shower room. The bed was very comfy. We had a courtyard room which was quiet.

Cleaners knocked the door at 1030am. Other than that it was very good.

Newly refurbished hotel. Room was very nice. There is no staff at this "contactless" hotel. This became problematic when the wrong dates were somehow booked and we arrived with no way to get into the building which was locked up. The area was not great at that time either. Our US phones were unable to reach the phone number provided. We only got a recording, and not one that sounded like it was the hotel. Fortunately a family member who lives in N. Ireland was able to get through or we'd have been stuck. Once we reached a person, we got the reservation changed and were given access, and all worked out. There needs to be a better way to get help in situations like this. The room was fine and cleaning service did a nice job too. Just needed better support system.
