The moment we walked in we were treated really well. A lovely welcome, up the lifts to reception, a very smooth check in and introduction to the hotel. Everything was really well laid out, a lovely ambience and relaxed feel in the lobby and atrium bar. The atrium is a relaxed and stylish space. Nice food and drinks, and excellent service. We had a 3 bedroom suite. A very well appointed suite. First class layout of the suite, nice furniture, immaculately clean and tidy, and fully stocked kitchen area. Room service is super responsive, really professional team. The GM introduced himself when we were in the lobby. He checked in on us and made sure everything was as expected… A really nice courtesy and thoughtful touch. This GHS will be my go to for staying in London. Excellent location, service and staff. I would highly recommend.

Grosvenor House Suites was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway for our family of 4. 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was very spacious and had all the comforts of home. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The concierge team went above and beyond to arrange transportation, tours, dinner reservations, shopping suggestions etc. Room service breakfasts at the dining table in our suite were a great start to each day. Thanks for a short, but great family stay. We look forward to a return visit.

An extra special place to stay with my friends for the weekend. Grosvenor House Suites is excellently located for enjoying the numerous attractions that London has to offer. The suites are spacious and offer every convenience that you could wish for to enjoy your stay. We were also only minutes away from Hyde Park which was beautiful to wander round to escape the buzz of the city. The food was outstanding and the staff were so welcoming, attentive and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The highlight had to be the afternoon tea in The Atrium. Delicious sweet and savoury treats were presented to us by Razvan with careful attention, but also friendliness. It was a real joy to experience. Feel very lucky to have stayed in such wonderful accommodation.

Superb location for a wonderful stay in London with friends. Suites are spacious with all the amenities and extras to make the stay perfect. Staff are so welcoming, helpful and made the stay smooth and worry free. A highlight was afternoon tea in the atrium. Razvan looked after us impeccably, with a smile and humour. The afternoon tea was delicious - a feast for the eyes and palate and I cannot recommend highly enough. It was a fantastic few days in the heart of London.

Grosvenor House Suites is located in the Mayfair area of London - which at this time of year is doubly beautiful as Hyde Park’s trees start turning brown. Surrounded by architecturally stunning mansions and upper-end shoppes, the Suites luxury factor fits right in. But what set it apart from other places was the service. From the moment we walked in Robert and his concierge staff were immediately taking charge to make sure we would start relaxing after a long day of travel. Christina and Christian in the Front Lobby attended to all our needs and instead of making us wait at their counter, they showed us to a confortable seating area, brought us drinks and then checked us in. Truely a great start. But I have to mention the House Suite’s restaurant and staff. Our waiter Juran was kind, efficient attentive and a joy to talk with - which I apologize to his boss if we kept him a little too long at our table. The Breakfast menu attends to several palates and everything we ordered during our 11 day stay was served hot and fresh. I think I ate more Shakshuka at House Suites than I have in three years. Ultimately the suites are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping never let us down and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you to all those we failed to mention. We’ll see you in the future!
