Friendly staff and comfortable beds. But dated rooms which is a shame since it’s one of the more expensive premier inns in London. Our heating wasn’t working and staff didn’t help us fix it despite asking for help. We also had dirty glasses in the room. This wasn’t great for a premier inn plus room.

We stayed here as was going to see Wicked at the theatre. Only a five minute walk to the theatre and similar walk to London Victoria train station. Room was excellent, very quiet. Staff excellent, no complaints at all. Would stay again as a great location for theatre and seeing London

Superb staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Comfortable bed, interestingly there is an offer to buy the mattresses, it is tempting . Slightly dated bathroom was an aesthetic rather than functional flaw. . The hotel is exactly what I wanted on my short trip to London

We stayed for the night on Saturday 25 January and was very happy with our stay. Location was great and the room was very clean. We went to see wicked which was only a few minutes walking distance. A big shoutout to Ranga who provided a great customer service and will be returning in the future when in the Victoria area.

Good service, helpful staff, great food. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would have appreciated a bigger wardrobe And a safe to put valueables, the bath mixer takes a long time to get the right water temperature so a lot of water is wasted.

Проживали с 31.12 по 04.01. Брали премиум рум. Да, эти комнаты чуть больше обычных и, в целом, более свежие. Есть кофемашина с капсулами, удобное рабочее место. На этом и всё. Из-за того, что в отеле не открываются окна - в номере была постоянная влажность. Конденсат стекал на подоконник с окна каждый день лужицами. Смена номера проблему не решила. Кондиционер с этим тоже не справился. Сам отель расположен в 7 минутах от Виктории, удобно пешком добираться до центра. Рядом есть пабы и основные кафешки. Персонал нормальный, без каких-либо выдающихся моментов. Ресторан как всегда, правда один раз фиш-н-чипс принесли настолько зажаренным, что съесть эту корочку было невозможно. Думаю, что не вернёмся.
