The room was fine. The standard Premier Inn room. The hotel itself was looking a bit tired and in need of a coat of paint in the common areas. The shower in the room had great pressure but the fixing was broken, and the overhead rain shower was leaking so that when you turned it on it sprayed water all over the room. So I had to use the hand shower which I had to hold as the holder was broken. Room was clean. I was at a conference in the same building so the location was very convenient. It is close to Waterloo station and right next to the Thames and Westminster bridge so would be great if you were a tourist.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and keep going back. The location is perfect for sightseeing with lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Check in can be busy but the staff are great and get you checked in as quickly as they can. Can store cases on arrival and departure. Nothing fancy; typical premier inn. Clean and comfortable in a great location.

Great location. Premier Plus room was big. Bed comfy. Good shower. Room smelt musty and there was a large stain on the carpet. Paid extra for a view. It was sort of a view. A side view, but the window was small and high so not a very accessible view. Wouldn't pay extra for it again. Would stay here again for the location and price.

We opted for the Premier Plus option so I can only comment on those rooms. Comfortable big bed. Good shower and body/shampoo. TV sound seems a bit muffled. Liked being able to open the window as it can get stuffy. Downside of that is the outside noise which on one of the 4 night was very bad (even on 5th floor) as motorbikes seemed to have targeted the area for showing off. I wouldn’t stay here during May-Sept as there’s no air-conditioning. Good breakfast, self-service which I like, no wait time and big plus for me is that the coffee is decent. The lifts were a pain! Always a queue as there’s only 2 for the 5 floors of rooms, and even more frustrating when they seemed to stop at every floor even though the people waiting had been picked up by the other lift. The location couldn’t be better generally, right by the Eye & 10 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey. Waterloo station is just round the corner too. Lots of restaurant options nearby and about 20 -25 mins walk to many theatres.

Have visited this Hotel many times.always a warm welcome. Nice comfy room on floor 5 floor overlooking Jubilee Gardens at a fair price for London. A great centrally situated Hotel for getting about London and near to Waterloo Tube and Train Station..

La ubicación del hotel es increíble, a escasos metros del London Eye, conectado muy bien tanto en bus, como metro y tren. El hotel está muy bien y las instalaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario. La habitación era enorme, con camas muy cómodas,nosotros viajamos 4 personas y teníamos mucho espacio. El desayuno completo y rico. Un punto a favor es poder dejar las maletas tanto antes de hacer el check in como en el check out. A mejorar, por decir algo, podian hablar un poco mas de otros idiomas, hay empleados que no hablan más que inglés y creo que eso es necesario.

Such shame the hotel had some building work done, so a bit noisy in the reception. Breakfast was quite poor, not that much choice and cold scrambled eggs. But, the location of this Premier Inn is superb, literally by the London Eye. Great distance to Westminster and Big Ben. We took Uber water taxi, great fun! And we made trip to The Ivy Asia in St. Paul's, which was amazing experience! Also we went to see in Phoenix theater, Strange things, which was absolutely amazing (5⭐). Bakerloo line few minutes walk from the Premier Inn, again that was a big bonus. Would stay again, if you don't have high expectations, but just the normal Premier Inn standard.

We have stayed at this Premier inn before and always a nice experience. The duty manager (can't remember her name) was excellent and very helpful. Went above and beyond with her customer service. We ate there one evening and the steak and ale pie was delicious. Definitely recommend this place to stay for a break in London

The location is amazing and easily one of the best "bases" I've ever had in London. The main bed was very good and the bathroom and shower were nice. The room was clean and the window and AC easily operable. The extra bed was fairly poor in quality. The main drawbacks are: - WiFi is abysmal, and the hotel tries to force you to get the £5,-/24hr upgrade to a decent connection. Were weren't even able to plan our next day over this WiFi. - The early check-in is a joke. You cannot request an early checkin. You can only check-in early when it is available at the moment of arrival, but you still have to pay £15,- for it. - The breakfast is decent, but fairly expensive for what you get, considering other options in the city. Also, most of it was fairly lukewarm. - Dinner quality is poor, especially for the price. Service was also mediocre. All in all, this hotel is decent and the location is great. But it constantly feels like they are trying to milk you for extra money for things that should either be standard or at least of a better quality for the price.
